The large capacity makes a huge difference , I can easily wash my king-sized comforter without struggling to fit it in, and since there’s no agitator in the middle, the load has more room to move around. There’s even a dedicated Bedding cycle, which is a great feature for bulky items. I also love the see-through lid because I can check on the wash without opening it. The display shows exactly how long each cycle will take, and there are plenty of wash cycles to choose from. One of my favorite things is how quiet this washer is compared to others I’ve had. Even with large or heavy loads, the noise level stays low thanks to the vibration control.

It has been 2 weeks of us using the machine and I am quite satisfied with the washer. Washed well, not extensively long washing cycles and my clothes come out pretty clean. Washer capacity is really good. I am overall happy with the washer except that I would have preferred if it was more quiet. Although I have placed it in a separate laundry room so it isn't much of a problem for me.

The drum is big enough to handle large loads, which means I don’t have to run as many cycles during the week. Clothes come out fresh and clean every time, even with bigger loads. It also runs more quietly than I expected, which is great since our laundry area is inside the guest bathroom. I used to think washers needed the big center agitator to really get things clean, but this design works even better without it. The controls are simple to use, and I really like getting a quick notification on my phone when a cycle is done or to see how much time is left. Even with the limited space we have, it fits perfectly, and the modern look makes the bathroom feel upgraded. The fast cycle is such a bonus when we do not have the full day to do laundry.

nothing but problems. Setting it up the instructions say to level the machine, but it dose not give instructions where to place a level. There is nothing on the machine that is level its all slanted or has curves. The machine takes for ever to wash there are too many features, we only use two or three. The added technology has just over complicated washing cloths. Due to this the efficiency discussion is a waste of time because it takes hours to wash a load. We can not fill the machine to capacity because it simply dose not wash properly then spinning out is a whole other issue. It most often is unbalanced and I have researched on line how to fix it and it is all useless information. I am looking to replace mine with something that resembles an older style and has less features. My wife literally hates this machine. It has doubled our time to do laundry. Then it dose not always get the cloths clean as we would like. I would avoid at all costs. If you want one you can have mine to try and you will learn it is over complicated junk.

The washer has a lot of setting for different typer of laundry and loads. My clothes came out clean and refreshed.

Then you add in how the dial is so smooth and sleek as well, you think you have a winning washer... but wait! There is more! This washer is just a tad bit larger than my last one. Not by much at all. When you open the inside and see how larger and deep the load capacity is, you will be blown away! I am able to do our comforters with ease. What use to be 2 to 2 1/2 loads of laundry, I'm now doing one load!

It’s very easy to use, smart, and has many wash cycles to choose from. I love that it has separate compartments for detergent, liquid bleach, and softener. The washing results are excellent—especially for kids’ clothes, which now come out much cleaner and fresher with less effort.

This has performed the past 5 months without an issue. The technology is superb how it works with the Samsung Smart Things app and integrates with other Samsung technology. We get notifications on our Samsung televisions that the washer has completed it's cycle. A very wholistic home appliance experience with quality we have come to expect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has got to be one of the best dryers in the world. The moisture detect with the smart washer capability makes this one of the best washers in the world. The first load I did with a big queen size fleece blanket I put it in the dryer after taking it out of the washer and it was like 8 minutes later I got a notification saying that the dryer had changed the time due to moisture settings and was done, and I'm thinking there's no way this queen size blanket is dry and under 10 minutes so I go check and the blanket is 100% dry. The fact that you can tweak the settings for your own soil temperature size and dryness to use on whichever load you want and the dryer saves these settings in the app is a big game changer. The only two cons I have with this dryer is the fact that you have to press the smart control button every single time you turn the dryer on so that you can control it from the app and the fact that the dryer doesn't have a light inside the drum like other dryers I've had in the past, this isn't a really big deal just a minor inconvenience. This dryer is definitely a 10 out of 10and I would recommend.
