This washer is quite advanced over my older model. With the smart features it has a bunch of different wash cycles to choose from plus some you can customize and download. I love the connection with smart things in Samsung devices. I can check my phone to see how much time is left on the cycle and get an alert when done. A final point in this washer is that it doesn't come with the normal agitator in the middle which makes it easier and roomier to put your clothes in. And even though this use roomier them my older washer, these takes up less room in the laundry closet. Overall very satisfied with this washer.

We have used the washer for a while now and very satisfied with our purchase. I find top loading very convenient to use. Selecting different cycles is very convenient and washing cycles do jot take forever. Only one issue is I think it's not very quiet. Not an issue for us since we have a separate laundry room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used my new washer for about a week now and it has adequately cleaned my normal laundry loads of clothes, towels, bedding and even the rugs that my pets lay on. I don't really notice the sound besides when the water cycles out of it and I really liked it. It has so many settings. There are 10 wash settings which are straightforward and detailed enough to figure out how to use them. You can also change the water temperature, water level, and wash intensity according to the amount the clothes are soiled for most of the settings. I find that I prefer the quick wash since I'm often in a hurry for doing a normal load. One thing I particularly like is that the top loader door has a slow close function so that people don't jam their fingers! It's also worth mentioning that short users might need a step stool to be able to reach into the bottom of the drum when changing a load of laundry because it's deep! I can do twice the amount of laundry now in one load with this large capacity washer. It's perfect so far!

The Samsung washer has been a great addition to our home. It's very easy to use, and what worked really well is it even has a setting for bedding. There is no center agitater to take up all the room in there. I has a lot of different programs to choose from and you can also download more from the SmartThings App. I like how I can connect all my appliances to the app too. It's really quiet and when I'm doing large loads or like towels, it doesn't walk like the last one used to. I'm really happy with it.
