I had been looking for a quality women’s probiotic for some time my husband has used the members mark men’s probiotic for some time now but I could not find the women’s till now.

I've been taking it for 14 days and I am pretty satisfied with the capsules. They are a great size and very easy to swallow. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars and not 5 is because I have not noticed an improvement in my digestive system.

I am not sure how to tell a good from bad probiotic. These have a good amount and variety of strains and the price was right so I bought them. I bought because of the hype surrounding the gut- brain connection. I do not know if it is helping but it's not hurting.

This product is really helpful. Considering I have been some stomach issues. It been helping with keeping me fuller and helping with not having as much acid production. Also I like the easy pill capsules for me it helps with not burping up the flavor lol.

My GI doc office recommended I add probiotics for women to my daily regimen. This is in addition to taking a fiber supplement drink every night before bedtime. I can definitely tell a difference in the reduction of bloating and cramping in the lower tract. Very important when one suffers from IBS.

I've been taking this for about a week now and it seems to be helping me with some of my stomach issues. I generally have a lot of gas and it seems to be helping that to improve a bit. Pills are fairly big but nothing unmanageable. Bottle came with 90, and I like the pink box.
