My health professional recommended I try a high quality probiotic. This is my 2nd bottle and I do think it is better than the brand name I was using previously.

Use to take the members mark (orange box) probiotics and then I thought I’d give this a try. Love it it is made for women. The other was a unisex probiotic. Give it a try and you won’t go back.

I have to say, in general I have been feeling good taking this probiotic. Sleeping better seems to be a plus taking this also. I have always believed probiotics are good for you and I love having one made just for women.

I use this product because I am frequently on antibiotics. I have had good results thus far. I also like that the package contains a 3 month supply. Best bang for your buck.
