I been taking probiotics for 3 weeks. I haven’t had any results. I very disappointed.

made my period extra long and had spotting 3 days after period as welll.had normal period before this .do not recommend

I'm now going to be off and on long treatments of antibiotics for HS and that is not good for the tummy and I got the worst yeast infection that sprung up on me overnight. My bowels are moving like they should and not enough reviews on helping prevent yeast infections while on antibiotics. I'll update if I notice it helping. I'm off the doxycycline now but it's a matter of time before I'm on it again. I did do my research so I believe this will help for my other intention.
