Just what I needed: probiotics after taking an antibiotic. They are resetting my stomach - back to natural.

I've tried another brand previously. This is more economical and does the job. Has a bad taste if you hold the capsule in your mouth too long.

These probiotic pills are a great supplement. They really help your body regulate and come in a very handy container. I have had no issues taking this supplement. They are very convenient and comfortable to take for a woman.

I'm now going to be off and on long treatments of antibiotics for HS and that is not good for the tummy and I got the worst yeast infection that sprung up on me overnight. My bowels are moving like they should and not enough reviews on helping prevent yeast infections while on antibiotics. I'll update if I notice it helping. I'm off the doxycycline now but it's a matter of time before I'm on it again. I did do my research so I believe this will help for my other intention.
