My husband and I got this after a recent snow storm left us without power for over 24hrs. Although we haven’t had a need for it since, we were surprised at how easy it was to get running and hooked up to the necessities; ie. fridge, microwave, and some lights. Definitely glad to have this as a new addition to our home.

I purchased the WGen9500 generator to use as backup power when our electricity goes out, which happens sometimes in the fall and winter. I am very pleased with the fact that it has plenty of power to practically provide electricity to all our circuits. I love the push button start and also the remote starter. It started up immediately when I got it and runs great. I definitely recommend this unit to anyone.

It has performed very well the past 3 times I have relied on it. Starting is very easy and effortless, with remote start or push button. During an outage, I can pretty much run everything, TV, lights, freezer, fridge, and even cooked dinner on my electric stove and it didn't bog down. My only critique is, it is a bit loud, however I have it hooked up in my barn well away from the house so it works out well.

Never had a generator before. At first I was intimidated by the sophisticated equipment. Found it surprisingly easy to get ready to use. It came basically ready to go out of the box. Started right up. Remote start is nice feature. Was surprised that sound of generator running was much quieter than I expected. Very pleased thus far.

I got this for storms and stuff like that. Haven't actually had a chance to use it but I've turned it on and let it run for awhile and plugged stuff up to it. Works as expected and look forward to using it not just for home but for outings as well.

I live in Florida where hurricanes can sometimes knock out power for weeks so I bought this generator to be able to continue a normal life with heat, a/c, and lights and refrigeration. Hope I don’t need it anytime soon but it’s good to know I am prepared.

Hurricane season is coming up and did not want to be looking for a generator at the last moment. Considered Generac system but couldn't justify the expense for something that will rarely be used (hopefully never!). This generator combined with a transfer switch added by an electrician should do the job if the power goes out for a lot less money!

I recently purchased this generator and it was very easy to assemble. All the tools needed are included. It took 5 minutes. I tested it out and the remote start made it a breeze to start. It has the power to run my house during a power outage. The gas tank provides 12 hours of service so it will run all night. We lose power pretty regularly and this is a much lower cost option vs a backup generator

After researching portable generators for quite some time and suffering through frequent power outages (a 6 day one last fall) we finally bought the WGen9500. It's a beast and everything the other reviews say it is. It will soon be wired into a manual transfer switch. Neighbors already came to see it and realized that doing this in the fashion we are, is a lot more cost effective than the large automatic ones that can cost 5K. I'll be building a sound reducing enclosure for it before the winter. Glad we finally have it!

Purchased the gas powered WGen9500 to backup our home. It has enough power to keep our refrigerators, freezer, hot tub and furnace up and running in those just in case we need it power outages, especially in winter. Pleased with the features and quality.
