Earlier this month my wife and I bought this generator for our new house due to a couple extended losses of power. We also wired our house so we can just plug our generator into the outlet, throw a couple switches and boom power. Very easy to use and plenty of power for the things we need during outages.

I purchased this after reading many reviews on this and other generators. I was put off by a number of negative reviews. Decided to buy the Westinghouse because it had the best comments and ratings. I have only had it 3 days and was finally able to get it prepped today. Started on the first try with the battery start and didn’t even need to choke it. It appears to be a quality built unit with quality materials. I will review again in a few days after I have had a chance to run it more.

Produce was order July 13, 2024 and finally arrived July 26, 2024 with a very damaged box, but the product inside only had a single scratch. Totally understand that the warehouse and delivery service were responsible and it had nothing to do with the Westinghouse product. Product appears to be on working order.

I bought this generator to replace one that I gave to my daughter. This generator comes with great features: push button electric start, fuel gage, smart switch outlet, data center to keep easy record of hours ran and maintenance timer, battery charging port to charge battery (came with generator), and CO sensor indicator. Perfect for my needs when we might lose power, which is always possible during the summer/fall as I live in an area known for hurricanes.

After researching and reading some of the nearly all 5 star reviews / ratings regarding the WGen9500c generator, I decided to purchase one. After receiving it, and following the easy start guide and user manual, the generator started at the push of the remoted key fob. It ran extremely smooth and provided the necessary power with no hesitation. Due to Westinghouse's reputation and quality of their products, I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a well built and dependable protatble generator! I'm completely satisfied. We got the WGen9500 in case we lost power on our property. We read a lot of reviews and this model had the highest ratings for its kind and the features are awesome! 9500 running watts/ 12500 peak watts. Remote start , control panel, never flat wheels , fuel shut off valve, auto choke , etc...

I bought this generator based on a recommendation from my electrician. Quality product with great flexibility. Easy to operate. I really like the option of being able to remote start and stop the generator from in my house during inclement weather. Assembly was easy with tools, funnel and oil provided with the generator .

I bought this because I was losing power so often and for more than a day at a time. We lost power the week after we got it and it powered our entire house, WITH AC, for 2 days. Thats Refrigerator, A/c, lights and furnace for hot water. Never bogged down, I just had to fill with gas. Really easy to start, has the push button Fob as well. Really happy!

Fortunately, we haven't needed to use our new generator yet but the extensive research we did before purchasing this one makes us confident that it will run everything we need it to in our house. We have lost power four times in seven months, for up to five days each time, and we do not want to lose everything in our refrigerator again. This will pay for itself in saved groceries alone!

We purchased this a couple of months back preparing for winter. It was easy to set up and had the first start up in 10 minutes. It was delivered fully assembled except for the wheels. We experienced a 6 hour power outage after purchase and powered everything we needed including 2 refrigerators, freezer, wifi, lights, etc. with no issues.
