I bought this a month ago as I installed a transfer switch in my house. Although I have not used it in actual outage scenario, I have tested it with the load I would be putting against the generator and it handled it without issue. There is no better generator for the power and great price point.

This generator is perfect for power outages. Living in the country the power can be out for days. Wired a 50 amp plug and breaker into one of my service panels and put the breakers that were important to me in it. It’s a perfect 50 amp plug and play. Fired up this generator and it ran everything I needed. Start up is easy with a push button or remote start. It is built with very good quality. You will not be disappointed with this generator. Highly recommend!!!

Generator started right up. I didn't see any signs of damage from shipping. All the accessories were there. The noise is about what I expected. Size is nice and compact and easy to move around. The only trouble I had getting going was the manual states that 2 wires need to be connected to the battery terminals but they already were but no light came on when the power switch was turned on. Battery was charged. Traced the lines back and found they were unplugged from a connector. Should change the manual or put a bright colored tag on the wires stating they need to be connected.

We bought this generator because of several loss of power events during the last few years. I completed the installation yesterday and so far it works great. We really like the electric start and it fits perfectly into a location just out the back of the house.

I did much research before I made this purchase, and I am glad I did. I bought this generator to power my whole house, which it easily does. I had an electrician come in and wire everything and he even commented on the great product this generator is. Once he was done with his work, we tested the generator. I was very happy with the outcome. It was what I had expected and more. The features are great as well. The 30 and 50 amp plugs are perfect. The USB ports are a bonus. the push button start with a remote also means I can get this generator warmed up and ready before I have to go out on a cold winter day. It even comes with a battery trickle charger. Westinghouse thought of everything. If you are searching for a generator, here it is. We just recieved our generator this morning with only a couple days waiting for delivery.....Un-boxing the unit was a breeze and everything is well marked ..Assembly was a snap....The key fob start was in a great place on the engine pull cord ...put oil and fuel in the unit and it started right up ....Cant wait for the next power outage because we have it covered ....the 50 amp rv outlet is a great added bonus...always had to run a 30 on our old generator....

I bought this for emergency power and to power my RV. The remote start is a great feature and very easy to use. The documentation is well written and easy to follow and the setup was a breeze. Generator does everything I need it to do. Highly recommend!

I just received the 9500. It was incredibly easy to set up, right out of the box. I added the supplied oil and fuel and it started right up on the first pull. I then tried the electric start and the remote start fob and for each of them the start was effortless and immediate.I can't wait for our next power failure to be able to put this generator to full use.

I bought this during the great Texas Snowpocalypse and it arrived a few days later when the temp was back up to 70. Oh well, I’ll be ready for the next one. Looks very well built and can’t wait to put it to use. Very easy set up. Battery was already installed. Just add oil. Put on the wheels and feet. Took about ten minutes. I’ll come back and edit if possible after I put it to work.

Just received a box with my new wgen9500 generator. Put this sucker together in about ten minutes, filled the oil and gas tanks and started on 3rd manual pull. I then went to electronic start a BANG——worked great. Highly suggest that if you are looking for a great product, get cracking and buy this thing. Great for our Florida hurricanes.
