Have not had to use generator yet, but tried a practice run to see what the generator will run. We had hoped for lights,refrigerator, and small window A/C. We were very delighted that it was able to run everything we wanted. Starting generator was very easy. Also as a side note, we had already installed a separate box for generator and had shut off of main power so there is no back feed. Hopefully we won’t have to ever use it during storms but good knowing we have a back up available.

The Generator was delivered promptly and they took great care while delivering. It was packaged very well and the directions were very clear and easy to follow. I am in the process of setting it up so I have not turned it on as yet. I am sure it will live up to my expectations.

This generator does everything that we need it to do. It is very easy to tie in to a transfer switch and power the whole house. While it doesn't have enough power to run everything, the essential things (refrigerator, freezers, lights etc) are no problem to run full time and with just a little load balancing you can run a/c. With the frequent outages in CA, a good generator is a must have. Very happy with the purchase.

We for it easy to assemble and I could even lift it after the wheels we put on. I used the push button start after adding oil, fuel and connecting the battery cables. Was surprised when it started on the first try. Works great and would definitely recommend it to anyone needing a great product.

THIS THE BEST AND THE EASIEST PORTABLE GENERATOR TO USE. MY POWER COMPANY CANT FOR SOME REASON, KEEP THE POWER GOING. AND WAS TIRED OF LOOSING MY FOOD IN THE REFRIGERATOR. FOOD COST ARE RIDICULOUS. SO I PURCHASED THIS UNIT AND I KID U NOT THE POWER WENT OUT ON A BEAUTIFUL SUNNY DAY. AND I WAS READY THIS TIME. BUT THE POWER CAME BACK ON IN 5 MINUTES BEFORE I COULD ROLL THIS BABY OUT, ALMOST LIKE IT KNEW WGEN9500c WAS ABOUT TO SHOW OUT AND PUT THE POWER COMPANY TO SHAME BUT I CAN REST A SHURED THAT THIS WG9500c WILL HAVE ITS DAY WHEN THE STORM SEASON IN ST.LOUIS MO STARTS SOON, IM LOCKED A LOADED AND READY.

Little confusing with serial number having a sticker placed over plate with printed white sticker with serial number. Not 100% sure I have the right serial number listed. The owners manual was OK but a little different depending on which particular model you were assembling. I found the You-Tube Video of someone assembling this exact model and it addressed all my questions. Love this model so far.

Just recievedand uncrated today. Machine was in perfect condition and start automatically right up. Purchasing the smart switch soon will be using to power whole house as soon as electrician wires up the connection box. Did alot of research and have alot of hope it worksgreat.

It took me a while and a lot of "homework" to find the right generator. I read many reviews from other happy customers and decided to give it a go. I'm happy I did. The generator works excellent, starts up very quickly with a remote control and does the job. My only nag is that it's quite loud...good thing it's outside. Hey you can't have it all right. I do recommended this WGen9500 generator.

This thing is fantastic! With the help of friend, it took about 15 minutes to assemble. The instructions are easy to follow. It started like a champ. The best thing about this generator is that I don’t have to put any effort starting it up. I can push the button on the generator or use the remote, which will come in handy during the winter months. I’m glad that I made this purchase because we get frequent power outages.

I live in the Houston area and during hurricane season power goes out quite often when it rains hard. I purchased this generator on May 2022 and it works great. I have 2 AC units and I’m able to power one at a time plus all the downstairs of my house without any problems. I really like the remote start feature. I recommend this product 100% plus it is at a decent range price wise.
