I did much research before I made this purchase, and I am glad I did. I bought this generator to power my whole house, which it easily does. I had an electrician come in and wire everything and he even commented on the great product this generator is. Once he was done with his work, we tested the generator. I was very happy with the outcome. It was what I had expected and more. The features are great as well. The 30 and 50 amp plugs are perfect. The USB ports are a bonus. the push button start with a remote also means I can get this generator warmed up and ready before I have to go out on a cold winter day. It even comes with a battery trickle charger. Westinghouse thought of everything. If you are searching for a generator, here it is. I would recommend this product to everyone looking for a portable generator

This generator came out of the box in immaculate condition. Solid wheels and rubber pads installed quickly. Followed with easy connect of the battery. Nothing seemed to be missing, and a quart of oil, with a funnel, was shipped as well. I really like the fold down towing handle. Nothing rickety about that. Will add oil, get gas cans, and wait for the next severe thunderstorms, which seem to be a regular occurrence here in SE PA anymore.

This generator has everything I would possibly need to operate my home in the event of a loss of power. I chose a gasoline only generator because my home doesn’t have access to natural gas, which made the purchase cheaper and/or allowed me to purchase a generator capable of producing a greater amount of wattage. After my 3rd time of being without electric I knew it was time to purchase one and the research and reviews pointed me to Westinghouse generators, and the price allowed me to purchase the size I need to operate all the essentials would need in a power outage!

I bought a WGen7500df 3 and a half years ago. If I had any issues the customer service was exceptional. I used it in Texas all summer at the deer lease in extremely hot weather to run my a/c and power in my camper. I bought this updated WGen9500c because of the customer service.

This generator has everything that I was looking for and more. Finally decided to get a generator after we lost power last year for several days. I did some research and decided to buy this model based on all of the features it has. We are now prepared for the next storm that comes through our area.

Bought this unit a month ago . Have gone thru power outages and decided to buy a generator. After researching decided to go with this one. It's well built and has a lot of features like electric and remote start. Ordered on line sight unseen and i'm not disappointed with quality. Glad I bought this on. Cant wait to lose power! lol.

I haven’t had to use this in a power outage yet but we did do a test and I am confident this generator will be reliable and perfect for my families needs. The set up was so easy and It started up perfectly and powered everything we needed. The generator was much quieter than our old generator and the remote control is wonderful. I’m not wishing for a power outage but when one happens I’m more confident freezers will stay frozen and we will be comfortable

Bought this generator to act as an emergency backup incase the power went out for a few days. Came clean and works well. It will our well, water heater, fridge, some lights and a few appliances. good size for backup power. The only downside is that the generator weighs 218.9 pounds so it's a bit of a lift. The price is also good but not great.

Have not lost power to the house yet but all my tests have been successful. Not planning to use a converter breaker box switch. Just want the essentials: fridge, space heaters, lights, etc. This would have saved my bacon last Feb in DFW when our gov't failed us. Only complaint is the packaging. When delivered the box was beat up and the bottom tape was gone and wide open. Once opened the frame was scratched up all around. No other damage(so far). I really need the bonus cover promised in the paperwork. If this is not going to happen please let me know asap so I can make other arrangements. Thanks for the great product.

We bought the Westinghouse 9500c generator to supply our needs when we lose power. Love the push button start; fired up with no problem. Easy to move; love how the handle folds down when not using. Easy to connect to our power system. We feel secure knowing we have this fantastic generator to keep us turned on when the lights go out.
