Due to the Hurricane that recently impacted Houston, TX; getting a generator was a must. After doing some research, and actually seeing it in action this was top of the list. 9500 running will power all of the essential items in my 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home.

EASY START,POWER AND ALMOST CANT WAIT FOR OUTAGE TO TRY IT.LOTS OF FEATURES. JUST ONE THING,THE QUICK CONNECTS FOR THE BATTERY WERE UNHOOKED.SHOULD BE PUT IN MANUAL TO HOOK THESE UP AS AT FIRST I COULD NOT FIGURE OUT WHY THE ELECTRIC START WOULD NOT WORK. LOVE THIS PRODUCT.

I live in Florida,and have many power outages. Sometimes for 10 days at a time due to weather. So I purchased two wgen9500's. My AC guy and my electrition said it would not power my 4ton AC. I had the electrition hook it up and we ran my AC,2 refrigerators, lights, well pump,TV's, also turned hot water heater on ,but not sure if it needed to run at the time. I am very happy with my purchases. thanks for a great product..

The generator came delivered with very little work to assemble the battery cable and wheels, then add the engine oil before filling with gas and firing right up. This has plenty of power for our transfer switch to power our home when the power goes out. The electric start with auto-choke and key fob start are just an added bonus!

I bough this wgen9500 for its power. I have had it now for a month and has performed well. Lost power for 2 weeks and was able to keep my important appliance on even my gas furnace. No issues I like watching it start on its own no need for me to do anything. I had thought I would never need one but now I know it is important to have on I really love this generator. My family was safe and warm.

Very happy with my purchase only problem and it's very small all, of the literature states it has 2 5v USB plugs it's even on the schematic but there are none on the generator I received, like I said no big deal. It's a great generator and the dual fuel is perfect and the price and delivery is excellent.This is directly from the literature (Features two GFCI 120V 5–20r standard household receptacle, one transfer switch ready 120V L14-30R, one RV ready 120/240V 14–50r, and two 5V USB ports; All outlets have rubber covers for added safety)

I purchased this item after much research into generators. It seems like every time we get a storm lately the power goes out. I have a well so that means I lose water along with everything else. I am having a 50amp plug installed and a switch so that I can run my whole house. No more worries about power going out.

I bought this 2 months ago for the upcoming hurricane season. Delivery was on time and excellent service. The guys even helped me load the box onto a dolly. Set up easy enough for someone with no experience in generators. I did hire electricians to add an RV receptacle and run through main breacker panel. Start up was simple with push button (which is the only way I've tried so far) but love that there is a remote for lazy days and manual pull/choke if other options fail. Wow is all I can say to the power this thing can handle!!!! I hope we don't need to use it, but confident it will do the job if it is needed. Highly recommend for quality and price point!

After my family experienced the ice storm in Victoria, TX last year, I knew I had to do better. Having a wife and three young children, I felt helpless with no water well pump, internet, septic, plugs, switches, or any type of cooking appliances available. My brother and I installed a 30A transfer plug to my panel recently. After days of researching, I decided on this generator because of all the reviews stating to buy bigger than what is needed, for a buffer. I am glad I have that comfort zone. I received it today, assembled it in 10 mins, filled with oil and gas, and pushed the start button, it started right away. I let it run for about an hour and stopped it with key fob. So far so good, very satisfied so far. I will update.

Generator arrived quickly and well packaged. It was very easy to do the little assembly required (wheels). The electric start feature is fantastic - no more trying to jerk on a pull cord in the dark or bad weather (my shoulder appreciates this). Overall, this is a very good purchase and investment since we live in a hurricane zone.
