I bought this generator as a backup for when we lose power. After the first operation of the generator I found it to be much quieter then I had anticipated. The operation is simple and startup was a breeze. I like many of the features including the pull handle , which is a full handle unlike the stick handles on one side some others have. Moving this large piece of equipment in and out of the garage is a non-issue, easy . It is a well thought out design. I would highly recommend this product

Just purchased and setup the Westinghouse 9500 generator. It was very easy to setup and started up right away. I purchased to connect to my home in the event of a hurricane with resulting power outages. Been through several already and I'm finally prepared!

I bought this to replace an old 6500W generator that had just worn out. This one is grat and pretty much runs anything I want in my house, even if not all at once. The electric start is a real luxury for me, getting too old to pull that crank. The built in charger is well place and the wheels and handle make it easy to move around.

After getting a panel upgrade and generator disconnect switch installed on our home, our electrician recommended this generator as it has more than enough power to keep our AC/appliances/etc working during an outage. So far we have tested it a few times and it works like a charm. Would buy again if needed and have already recommended to a friend who's been looking

We placed our two Honda 3500 with this Westinghouse 9500/12,500 watt generator. The one Honda has been in the shop a couple times and wanted to try a new brand. Westinghouse had good reviews and we're glad we chose this one. We have not really tried this out yet but we are now ready!

This is my first experience with a generator. There was minimal assembly needed and instructions on set and running were very easy to follow. It started right up on my first attempt which was awesome! Overall this model is a good value and will serve my back up power needs during power outages. I looked a lot of different brands and models and glad I went with this one

I purchased this generator to replace my old one which quit working. I was pleased with how quickly it arrived. It was easy to unpack & to put on the feet & wheels. After putting gas & oil in, it started right up. Have not actually had a chance yet to put it to full use but will be ready should our power go out. I have great expectations so I hope it doesn't disappoint.

This generator is a great option to power our WHOLE house! Living in Texas, Hurricanes is always an issue that causes loss of power, and having the peace of mind that we have a Westinghouse to keep our house and family going is great to have! The 12 hour run time is amazing and makes it so there are no worries throughout the night.

I recently purchased Model WGen9500 and have used it now several times. It started and ran as expected each time and met all my need for power. The product is high quality and it was a breeze to assemble the few items necessary to get it up and running. This is not my first generator having had the need for power after several Hurricanes in the past. I highly recommend this unit.

I just received my new generator today. I am very impressed by the solid features and manufacturing. Very clear set-up & assembly instructions, and tons of awesome features on this product! I expect I will be well pleased by this generator... huge upgrade from my old unit.
