So far the generator has been Great! I did a test for my in home hook up and it ran everything, I mean Everything A/C, Well pump, you name it it does it. It is not that loud. Little noise but when your without power whats more important? Noise or power? (A/C). Its about the same noise as the Duromax 4850 I replaced it with. Cranks up every time when I do the monthly check and I haven't had to really put it to the test yet and hope I don't have to but if I do it will hold its own. After last year, being hit by Hurricane Florence In NC I thought It would be best to upgrade to a bigger Generator that ran everything and the price was great. Purchased it Online from Home Depot. They priced matched because it was cheaper from another known retailer. I would recommend this to anyone.

I purchased this after reading many reviews on this and other generators. I was put off by a number of negative reviews. Decided to buy the Westinghouse because it had the best comments and ratings. I have only had it 3 days and was finally able to get it prepped today. Started on the first try with the battery start and didn’t even need to choke it. It appears to be a quality built unit with quality materials. I will review again in a few days after I have had a chance to run it more.

I just received this. I researched for hours on line and decided this was the size we would need in the event of an outage. My only concerns are the handle was somewhat bent inward, I had to pry it out. Not sure if that was from shipping or manufacturing.

Bought this in September and had transfer switches installed on the house. Have not yet needed it but did prep it for operations and started it up. The battery wasn't charged so I had to manually start it. It started on the 2nd pull and ran like a top (with no load on it.) I'm sure this will perform well under load but I really hope it never has to.

We made the investment over 4years ago after a big storm during the rain season. Luckily we had it this winter season because the cold is coming in with a vengeance! Doesn’t snow much in Atlanta but when it does, it takes the power out with it! My family of 4 (2 kids, 5 & 3) would have been freezing in our home without making such a great investment for our household

I bought this online thinking I was getting the dual fuel, but they had changed the deals and I hadn't noticed. It was still a good deal, so I decided to go ahead with the order. The delivery was relatively quick and the box was in good shape. (They would not take the skid with them). The instructions were pretty clear, so I put it together and it started right up. The on/off button did not shut it off, and I haven't done anything with the remote start yet.

When we purchased we knew it was a great brand, it was everything we needed & more. Easy to start , runs quiet & sad o easy to move around with wheels & handle. I’d highly recommend this unit to anyone. We live in Florida & hurricanes are so possible.

Bought online, assembly easy, great mobility, added oil, battery charged, started right up with push button start. So relieved to have a back up generator with such power. Tested electricity delivery to house electric bow after installing transfer lock to main box. Everything worked flawlessly.

This thing is the bee's knees and generators. I have a wrecked rotator cuff so my pull start generator has become obsolete to me. I can sit in my bedroom and click a button and on comes the power. And now my daughter and baby can run it if I'm not at home. Highly recommended and easy to put together. I'm a sixty year old female and I did it in twenty minutes. The Funnel for the oil is a little sketchy, but take your time and you won't end up with it all over the floor, live and learn right?

Generator worked great when I first purchased and test ran. Ive started it monthly,since purchased in August of 2023, to let it run a little and shut it off since I have not had the need to run it continuously yet. Today, 1/10/24, I started it up and a few minutes later the CO sensor, yellow light, comes in and shuts down the generator. I even placed it in the middle of my backyard away from everything to try it and it still shuts down due to the CO sensor.
