Our rural Nebraska town shut down our 100 year old power plant and started buying power from a 17 state consortium. Electrical power has been unreliable since, subject to weather, storms, and rolling blackouts. So I bought this generator and had an electrician wire it up through a transfer switch. It powers my entire house during a blackout and turns on by pressing a button on s fob. My house is only 500 sq ft, so this solution is perfect for me. It’s quality construction and works reliably. I’m very pleased.

Shipping was less than one week. Unboxed the generator, filled with oil, filled with gas, and hooked up the battery fired up with no issues whatsoever. Runs great I am very pleased. I will update my review as I use the generator. My serial number tag however it was obscured from shipping. It was scuffed and could not read the entire number.

I bought this generator because Westinghouse make an excellent product. I started it for the first time a month after delivery. It was easy to set up and it started with the remote on the first click. No Issues. Can't wait to hook it up and power the house, ice storm is heading to east coast with power outages expected. Will send review after my first use.

We purchased this generator because we need one with enough power to meet our hurricane and storm interruption needs. So far, it looks as though it will meet our expectations. It is quite easy to move around which is a plus when you are dealing with storms.

This gen set was delivered today. Put the wheels and front feet on it by laying unit on its side as directions recommwended. Heavy but manageable for an old guy like me. Add oil, hooked up propane tank and started it up. Voltage report center says its putting out 244volts. Will try out the transfer socket to the house tomorrow.

I use this in my mobile detail business. It is easy to start. hopefully the circuit breakers will not blow as I use a dual cord carpet cleaner with a heater in it. Have not had a chance to test this yet. It has more power then my last generator. (1500 wats more and a 50 amp circuit.)

I bought this just a few days before hurricane IAN ripped through our area. It performed better than expected. We lost power around shortly before noon on September 28th. The generator started easily on the first try and ran continuously for about 11 hours each day (4) until the power was restored. I shut it off at night and restarted in the morning. It used about 6.5 gallons of gas each day, which I thought was very good. It ran great even during rainy periods. It ran my refrigerator, several lights and tv's without straining. After the hurricane I had a transfer switch and outdoor inlet plug installed so I can run the central AC. I tested the system and it performed flawlessly running the AC, refrigerator, dishwasher, 3 tv's and several lights, microwave and a toaster for over an hour in 90 degree southwest Florida heat.

With power outages I wanted something that I could depend on when our grid was out and I finally bit the bullet and I should have a long time ago!! Simple to operate, perfect remote start each time and does more than I ask for. I am so happy with this product!!

The generator packs a lot of power for a relatively small piece of equipment. It stores in the corner of the garage. While putting the generator together, we ran into a slight snag, so we called Customer Service, which was amazingly helpful, kind and actually enjoyable to work with. The part we did not find in the bag (the key) was tied to the ignition in order to better protect it from loss during shipment and assembly. During the call, Adam offered several other tips to help get the most from the product. We hope we don't have to use it, but we feel more prepared this year going into hurricane season in Florida.

We live in the country and depend on a well for a water supply for my wife and I and our animals. After 5 days without power I picked one of these up to get our well pump running again. Yay, running water. Once we had a water supply the electric water heater, fridge, lights, and internet were next. This generator kept us powered up and comfortable for the next 6 days. It started right up every morning and ran reliably and consistently all day long! THANK YOU!
