Due to the Hurricane that recently impacted Houston, TX; getting a generator was a must. After doing some research, and actually seeing it in action this was top of the list. 9500 running will power all of the essential items in my 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home.

I bought this a few weeks ago as the back-up power source for my camp house. Really like all of the sfaety features such as the Main Circuit Breaker, the AC outlet breakers and the GFCI outlets. The Electric start and remote key fob start/stop made this a great purchase.

This is a great generator with tons of power. The push button start is very nice, and the remote is a nice feature. We went without power for 4 days, and I was able to run two fridges, television, several lights, and several charging stations without any issue. No issues using the microwave and coffee maker as well.

After having over 35 years experiance with Westinghouse electrical products and found out they manufacture generators I new I had to get one. In last 6 months we have had several power outages and being in my 80's wanted something I or my wife can easily start and hook up to house appliances. Remote start is perfect. Looking forward to putting it to the test next power outage. I know i will not be disappointed'

I researched a lot of generators and found this one to be beyond compare for the price. It fired right up on the first start. Mobility easy with the handle/wheels. The remote start was an unexpected added bonus that works great. I am very happy/satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this generator to others.

It is what I thought it to be. Box was damaged but the generator itself was fine. Worked as per manual. Decent manual. Only had hope the battery charger would be the kind that maintains the battery (continually plugged in long term) - not just a charger. Hard to charge the battery when the electrical power is out and the battery is dead.

Just received my wgen9500. Starts right up , has so many features for the price. Has visual gas gauge on top. Remote start, usb not sure if I would use that. But I could see my children being plugged in. Has a main breaker. My only issue is for the wheels it should be on one rod. It’s split. If that is my only problem with it I’ll take it.

I bought the 9500w generator and I’m not disappointed. Very easy to install the wheels and the handle is preinstalled. Added the oil which is included and after filling with gas, and connecting the battery, it fired right up with the push button ignition. Pairing of the key mod was explained in the directions and was fairly easy. Feels awesome knowing we’ll be with power and not have to go stand in line for ice with most of the other unfortunate ones when it’s lights out. Thank you Westinghouse for such a great pruduct. Ordered product on Feb. 27 through Home Depot. Received on March 9. While unpacking found the product had be struck by something on the air intake side. This damaged the intake filter housing creating a large dent and bent latch. The rest of the assembly went well with no problems. Contacted customer service at Westinghouse and a warranty claim was begun. Have not operated the generator waiting on follow up contact for replacement parts.

I just received my new generator. It was packaged perfectly. All I had to do was put on two wheels and front supports. Added the included oil, filled with gas and it started right up with no problems. Tested all receptables and everything worked perfectly.
