We purchased the WGen9500 during the very cold spell here in Missouri. We were concerned of a power outage during the COVID-19 pandemic and wanted to ensure that our home would keep warm during an outage to protect our family and pets. The WGen9500 worked like a charm and provided us with the comfort and piece of mind that we were looking for during our time of need. I strongly recommend purchasing one for your home.

My generator just got delivered a few days ago. Quick easy assemble and started on the first try with one push of a button. It was the only time I ran it so far and have not ran it with a load yet but have nothing but good things to say about it so far

Purchase to use as standby power for home and farm. Will use with interlocked 60 amp breaker in the property master disconnect panel. Will have power to house and all out buildings. I installed all the switches, interlock, circuit breaker and inlet box. Generator was easy to setup following the easily explained instructions.

I got this as a gift brand new from my family and it is very easy to start up without pulling the cord which is a plus, it also runs my entire house without any issues which it has been very helpful during the last two storms here in the island. Very easy to take care, only which I have gotten the dual gas and propane one.

After my family experienced the ice storm in Victoria, TX last year, I knew I had to do better. Having a wife and three young children, I felt helpless with no water well pump, internet, septic, plugs, switches, or any type of cooking appliances available. My brother and I installed a 30A transfer plug to my panel recently. After days of researching, I decided on this generator because of all the reviews stating to buy bigger than what is needed, for a buffer. I am glad I have that comfort zone. I received it today, assembled it in 10 mins, filled with oil and gas, and pushed the start button, it started right away. I let it run for about an hour and stopped it with key fob. So far so good, very satisfied so far. I will update.

We placed our two Honda 3500 with this Westinghouse 9500/12,500 watt generator. The one Honda has been in the shop a couple times and wanted to try a new brand. Westinghouse had good reviews and we're glad we chose this one. We have not really tried this out yet but we are now ready!

We bought our WGen9500c generator after losing power during the last hurricane. We were out of power for 8 days and the generator made the situation bearable. The WGen9500c allowed us to maintain our 2 freezers, refrigerator, some lights, and most importantly, our portable air conditioner. I can't believe how efficient and easy this product performed under some tough conditions, not to mention the price was very reasonable. Thanks for a great product.

I bought this, because of the 50 amp outlet. As i want this to power my house when the power goes out. I have another genny but it only goes up to 30 amp 220 volts and only runs half the house. This will run my well pump, lights, refrigerator and maybe charge the car. Oh, not worried about the heater,( i have a wood stove). I like the remote start and the push button start. The little battery charger that comes with the unit is a very nice touch. THANKS

Bought this a month ago to be better prepared for hurricane season. Did test run for 6 hrs and unit performance was excellent! Started right up and full power to my house. I highly recommend this generator to anyone wanting backup power or for use to run off grid. Thank you Westinghouse for a quality product. Sincerely a friend in Florida

I bought this about 8 months ago, put non ethanol fuel in it, started it once shut the fuel off and let it sit. Tried to start it a few days ago and come to find out the carb jet has just enough of a cruddy film in it to keep it from starting. Carb needs to be redesigned— way too easy to gum up. Seems to run great when it runs.
