I bought this product to replace another brand of generator that I had bought during an emergency. After researching and reading reviews about Westinghouse generators I decided to upgrade to the WGen9500c and I'm glad I did. It runs much quieter; the push button and remote start features are so smooth and simple to use I know my wife could start and operate it in an emergency if I wasn't home.

Recently bought this generator for recreational use and the occasional power outage. To start of the deliver was quick and professional, the directions inside the box were extremely clear and very easy to follow. Once I acquired the appropriate materials I got it started. Easy, fast, and very sturdy and reliable. Overall great quality, completely worth every penny. You can’t put a price on peace of mind. I’ve had it one year with no trouble during the maintenance use only. Only running it as required to keep the fuel system clean. The purchasing set up was very good and so far customer support over email or telephone has been acceptable. Time will tell how it runs under emergency use and long-term maintenance. I did have one problem with it starting up on electric start but I manually push the choke to the far close position and then it worked on automatic start.

Just received couple days ago so haven’t got to test it good yet. Have ran to break in everything works as should, really like the 50A receptacle feature. Put oil and gas in and hooked up battery and it started right up, seems like a good piece of equipment.

I just received this unit yesterday, so I haven't used it yet. I installed the feet and wheels in about 10 minutes, added the supplied oil, plugged in and charged the battery (was already charged), and linked the remote. Hit the start on the remote and it started right up. Now all I need is another hurricane to give a good workout.

I recently bought this model in anticipation of power outages due to severe weather. Living in SW Florida I was without power for 11 days due to hurricane Irma in 2017. After reading the many positive reviews I determined that this model would power my 3 ton AC, refrigerator, TV and some small appliances. The day that it arrived I unboxed it and followed the start up instructions. Started up immediately, let it run a bit, plugged in some electrical tools to test. Works great! To be honest I hope I never need to use it but I have it now for peace of mind.

I purchased this generator to supply our house with power when the electricity goes out during storms at any time of the year, day or hour. We can now keep our stove, refrigerator, furnace, WiFi and lights with power. This is thinking ahead and thinking smart.

We live in Florida and this is our first generator. We couldn't be happier. Easy to get set up out of the box. Not overly loud and very minimal vibration. We ran some tests on our house (1000 sqft) and we won't skip a beat (minus the central AC) if/when we loose power. That's what we were looking for. Great product for a good price. Highly recommended

After suffering through a 4 day power outage I new a generator is a must have. Westinghouse is a well known dependable brand that I trust and there were so many to choose from. I haven’t used the generator yet but I’m not too worried. The Westinghouse name speaks for it’s self.

I bought this a week ago to prepare for hurricane season just Incase because you never know living here in Florida.This generator will run my whole house! It has all the wattage I need and features I need.The price was good and I do not regret purchasing this generator at all!
