I pitched this generator just as an added piece of mind for power outage. Seems well built and was delivered with no problem and in great condition. I added oil and followed instructions on how to pair the remote start and started it with the fob. Great product so far.

I am pleased with this selection of generator for backup for my home or boat. It has 30-amp and 50-amp capability. When I unpacked the generator from box, very simple to assemble. Added oil, gas, and connected battery. Unit fired up within seconds for first start. I do like the push button start with pull start backup.

Just received this generator. Unloaded it, followed the set up instructions and it fired right up!! I used all three methods; pull start, electric start and remote start, no issues. Holds voltage as advertised. I don’t want to lose power to my home but am ready when it happens!!

I just bought this generator to replaced a Generac I had that died. The ease of use was a determining factor for me with the remote start. I have not had a chance to use the generator yet but setting it up and testing it, I know if will be easy to use and that makes me happy!

We bought this after being without power for 5 days after a recent storm. Read many reviews of other generators before selecting this one. Have to say we are not scared of losing power in the future and are very happy to feel self-sufficient in case of such an occurrence.

I purchased the WGEN 9500 on 10/05/20. I had an electrician install a transfer switch & outlet. We tested the generator and selected circuits to run off the generator. The test was successful....I am ready for the winter season in Massachusetts and probable outages. The generator is of High Quality, started right up. Well built

I bought this generator to replace our old one that stopped working during our last storm and am so glad I did. I liked the fact that this is an electric start because my old one was a pull start and too much work. An added plus is the key fob that allows for remote start- no more running outside to pull start! Unboxing was quick and set up required putting feet and wheels on, connecting battery and adding oil(which was included) and gas. It was fairly quick and simple and directions are easy to follow. I couldn't wait to test it out. A few people mentioned how loud this generator was but I am sat it is no longer than any other generatorvi have heard and there are quite a few in my neighborhood. Starting was unbelievably easy. Key fob remote start took just a hold down of start button as did electric start but the real winner was how easy the pull start was- one pull and it started right away. This was such a a pleasant change from our last generator that took many pulls. I like the digital screen that tells you volt output, frequency, and lifetime hours to keep you up to date eith real time info and maintenance needs. There is some important information to know regarding the breaking in period but everything is clearly stated in manual. The manual states that the generator will run for 12 hours on the full 6.6 gallons of gas. The lift up handle and wheels makes it very easy to move around. I have to say I am looking forward to our next power outage now that I have this. I highly recommend!

Hooked it up this weekend (need an electrician for the manual transfer) to prepare for the coming storm. I can run both fridges, freezer, central air, wall AC, lights, microwave, hot water heater, etc... This is amazing! For less than a 10th of the cost of a standby generator this thing does this trick. Unless you can't buy gasoline in preparation, I'd recommend this over any standby product. It's super powerful.

Just purchased a few weeks ago, but it runs like a champ so far. It started up right away on 1st try with electric start. Instructions were clear and setup was easy. Wish we would have had it earlier this year to avoid flooding in basement after losing power for a few days and the sump pump battery backups not working

Bought this to use as power source on our new property until we get electricity. It works great, I use it on propane as its cleaner and love that you can use different fuels. Push button start is a great feature too. Been running tools and welders off of it and it has all the power I need. Once we build our house, will use it as a backup house generator. Great buy.
