I am very happy with this generator. I love the remote start feature, The many outlet selections up to the 50 amp plug, which we utilize for powering up most of our house. It comes complete with a battery, battery charger, and the exact amount of engine oil needed. even came with a funnel for adding the oil!

We bought this Generator because we knew that we didn't have in Electricity in our in South Ga due to Hurricane Helene. My husband read the instructions and was able to operate the Generator. We was coming home from a Cruise to the Bahamas & was told their were no Generators within (120) miles of our City. So we stopped in Gainsville, FL and was able to purchase one. IT WAS A GODSENT! It made life a lot easier when we got home. We were able to connect our Frig, Standup Freezer, several big Fans in the house, the TV, cell phones and chargers. THIS WAS A EXCELLENT GENERATOR AND I RECOMMEND IT!

I bought this the fall of 2020 and have used it multiple times to power my house's necessary power over the winter. It work perfectly every time, I am VERY happy with this generator. I have had a number of generators over the years and this is by far the best one.

After our recent power outage and finding my old generator was suffering from an engine failure, I was motivated to purchase a new generator. This unit was recommended by my step father for it's electric and remote start features. He has been impressed by it's power output and ease of use so without hesitation I purchased the same generator and quickly got it wired up. I now have peace of mind that if we are to lose power when I am at work my wife can quickly get it running at the push of a button and the flip of a switch!

After reading several online reviews by someone other than the seller or manufacturer, I ended up purchasing this Westinghouse 9500 Generator. The price point was great, very easy assembly out of the box, great features and with a name like Westinghouse, it was a no brainer.

I bought this to replace an old 6500W generator that had just worn out. This one is grat and pretty much runs anything I want in my house, even if not all at once. The electric start is a real luxury for me, getting too old to pull that crank. The built in charger is well place and the wheels and handle make it easy to move around.

I just purchased this product and have not had a chance to run it yet. However during assembly, installing the feet to the frame one of the welded bolts were not aligned properly with the hole on the frame. I had to screw the bolt in from the back side, and bore out the hole a bit on the frame. This allowed me to bolt it from the feet mounting side, however it did strip the bold a bit. Besides that the overall quality looks good.

Westinghouse generator recommended by a friend who has one and stated how much he likes his. I purchased this model as it had all the features I wanted/needed at a great price. Have tried it out to test and was happy with how easy and efficient it was.

I bought the WGen9500 for my home, this is an excellent generator. The setup process & instructions were clear, easy and straight forward. It easily powers my whole house during a power outage. I love the remote start feature, it makes it super easy to run.

I just had electricians hook this generator up to power our entire 2,000 SF home and when they fired it up, everything worked 3 ton A/C, 2 refrigerators, 3 bedrooms, all appliances, lights...EVERYTHING. And it didn't seem that the generator was straining to maintain power. The electricians verified that this model was top of the line (and they sell another product). True statement, one of the electricians was so impressed, he's considering purchasing the same unit. It was easy for me to assemble (I'm 72 years young) and pre-flighting was effortless. It is loud, but that's to be expected, so I'm going to build a sound box. All in all, we're totally satisfied and this unit exceeded our expectations. We honestly hope we never have to use it, but if we do, we know we'll remain comfortable during a power outage.
