This is our first generator, after a lot of research we decided on the Westinghouse WGen9500. It feels/looks well built and the basic assembly was very simple. Love the features and the remote start. Excited to have it, hope we don't have to use it! (Florida)

Bought as a backup generator for my house and honestly hope I never have to use it for that. Easy to assemble, easy to operate (so easy that my 5 y/o started it first time out of the box), looks nice, and seems to be rugged. Purchased this one because it had an almost 5 star rating with over 13000 reviews.

Great product, great instructions on putting together with supplied tool kit. Easy and only took 10 minutes. Put the supplied oil in and gas in the tank. used the remote start and it fired right up. We are now ready for the power outages from the storms.

Just purchased. Everything works as expected, simple assembly of legs/wheels, oil fill, battery connect. Started on the third pull. Electric start (button) also started with no issues. Includes dedicated battery charger for electric start battery.

We habitually lose power several times a year because we live in the country. The last time the electricity was out for days. I was worried about food getting spoiled. This generator foots the bill. I need to explore all the options it offers because I only used the 120v outlets for the refrigerator/freezer. It definitely gives you ‘piece of mind’ when Mother Nature gets nasty. On the second of July we bought this generator. It was delivered ten days later to our door. We are waiting for the electrician to do his work to provide power to the house, but the start up of the generator was so easy I couldn't wait to give a review. The documentation provided with the generator was so simple. The steps had us gas it up, add oil, make the battery connections, flip the switches and push a button and the generator sprang to life. We shut it off and then used the remote, again instant response. Now everything could go wrong later and I will be back to say if that is so however the most critical part of my non-mechanical fears are resolved. It was so easy.

I bought this to use being that I live in a rural area and we have a lot of hurricanes and this product meets my needs and more, it was easy to put together and it is well put together. Everything worked awesome when I hooked it together for a test run making sure everything works in the event that it's ready when needed and it was. Just praying that we don't have any hurricanes but I will be ready if so. I highly recommend this product!!

I just received my new generator. It was packaged perfectly. All I had to do was put on two wheels and front supports. Added the included oil, filled with gas and it started right up with no problems. Tested all receptables and everything worked perfectly.

We bought this Generator because we knew that we didn't have in Electricity in our in South Ga due to Hurricane Helene. My husband read the instructions and was able to operate the Generator. We was coming home from a Cruise to the Bahamas & was told their were no Generators within (120) miles of our City. So we stopped in Gainsville, FL and was able to purchase one. IT WAS A GODSENT! It made life a lot easier when we got home. We were able to connect our Frig, Standup Freezer, several big Fans in the house, the TV, cell phones and chargers. THIS WAS A EXCELLENT GENERATOR AND I RECOMMEND IT!

I purchased this generator to power my garage until the permanent power is hooked up. Received it today, the instructions were easy to read, it came with oil for the engine. I Installed the wheels, hooked up the battery and added gas, it started right up and I used it for about 2 hours to power my saws and compressor. I’m happy!!! When the permanent power is hooked up I plan on using it for a back up for the house if the power should go out. Very happy with my generator so far and just to let you know it can be moved very easily and I would recommend this product.
