Due to the Hurricane that recently impacted Houston, TX; getting a generator was a must. After doing some research, and actually seeing it in action this was top of the list. 9500 running will power all of the essential items in my 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home.

Got my new generator yesterday and today I set it up and got it running. I'm blown away about how quiet it is compared to my 18 yr old unit I replace this with. Installing the wheels, the feet and adding the oil was straight forward and easy. Added gas and it fired right up.

UNboxed on 9/5/23 Installed wheels and bottom frame stand mounts, all parts shipped with generator, generator was shipped ESTES and arrived in perect condition, should be able to start it up this evening hopefully all goes well, so far im happy with my purchase.

This is the second unit I have purchased. The first was used on our food truck and was powerful enough to operated a fridge, microwave, and 3 commercial smoothie blenders, all without fail. It handled weather and cold conditions. I’ve purchased a second unit as a backup generator for our home. I’d recommend this unit.

I bought this the fall of 2020 and have used it multiple times to power my house's necessary power over the winter. It work perfectly every time, I am VERY happy with this generator. I have had a number of generators over the years and this is by far the best one.

After Searching and Searching for the perfect fit, it's been found! Easy ordering, easy assemble. No hassle. We're so thankful for the easy website, great instructions and remote start. Being located in a windy area we couldn't be more thankful to fine your company and a great generator that is easy to understand for all ages. looking forward to leaving another review later on. Thank you and God Bless

Bought after Hurricane Dorian brushed by FL as my prior generator was underpowered and pushing 10 years old. Very happy I found this Generator. Build quality is great, set-up was easy, and is loaded with features I didn't know existed. Generator isn't whisper quiet, but is much quieter than my 5,000 coleman. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their generator game.

Neighbors across the street lost power for a week with the recent ice storm, decided we needed a backup generator Incase this happened to us. Easy to set up, the instructions are ring about the battery, you don’t need to connect it, just plug it in.

I reviewed many generators prior to finally purchasing a Westinghouse WGen9500 generator. The generator had many of the features I was looking for and it has delivered those and more. It is a very solid machine and has met my expectations so far. I haven't put it to a long term test, but I believe it will perform for my needs. When I have more hours on the generator, I will try to post a review on performance at a later date. It's rather heavy, but the fold down handle makes it easy to maneuver and the panel controls are laid out well.

Bought this because we will lose power everything time we get bad weather and I needed something that would keep my food cold as well as allow my child to play her video games. I haven’t had a chance to run it when there is no power but will provide additional updates when that occur.
