Bought as a backup generator for my house and honestly hope I never have to use it for that. Easy to assemble, easy to operate (so easy that my 5 y/o started it first time out of the box), looks nice, and seems to be rugged. Purchased this one because it had an almost 5 star rating with over 13000 reviews.

Put fuel & oil in - push button start fired on 2nd try. Battery was fully charged "WOW". Got me through the recent blizzard in Oklahoma. Ran Central heat, 2 frigs, TV, fans and lights. Got 12 hours out of a tank of fuel. Pretty quiet for such a large generator. Didn't fail me - great generator for the price.

I purchased this product for the versatility and ease of operation. the capability of installing a transfer switch was a selling point for me. After adding fuel and oil it started on the first push of the electric start button. Very quit running with a large fuel tank.

We just bought this last week after it came highly recommended from a co-worker of mine. After doing lots of research on our own, this was going to be the generator for our new home when the power goes out. This should be able to run everything, including the A/C for the house. It was a no brainer to get this one and it on hand.

This generator is very easy to operate. I just wired my home for a direct connect/transfer switch and when the electrician connected the generator it ran the entire house without a birp. Even the central AC worked fine. Highly recommend this generator and thanks to Westinghouse for making it affordable.

The WGen9500c's features are what you expect in a luxury car! The "push to start" - the "auto start on the remote" and the "auto-start" on the generator are very convenient! The WGen9500c surely qualifies as a "Smart Generator!" It runs smoothly and provides plenty of power for all my needs. Great Product!!!.

I picked up this generator a few months back when I realized that I'd be working from home for the foreseeable future and it works like a charm. Power went down a couple of times due to storm and the generator kept my house going, wifi, fridge, heat etc.

After suffering through a 4 day power outage I new a generator is a must have. Westinghouse is a well known dependable brand that I trust and there were so many to choose from. I haven’t used the generator yet but I’m not too worried. The Westinghouse name speaks for it’s self.

I bought the generator and hadn’t taken it out of the box yet. A tornado hit the farm and flattened the shop, after digging it of the rubble I added oil and gas. It fired right up, it’s smashed up pretty bad but it ran my house non stop for a week until they got the power back on. Not sure how it’s going to hold up to the damage it took but so far so good. I purchased this item after much research into generators. It seems like every time we get a storm lately the power goes out. I have a well so that means I lose water along with everything else. I am having a 50amp plug installed and a switch so that I can run my whole house. No more worries about power going out.
