Earlier this month my wife and I bought this generator for our new house due to a couple extended losses of power. We also wired our house so we can just plug our generator into the outlet, throw a couple switches and boom power. Very easy to use and plenty of power for the things we need during outages.

I received this generator from citizens in and near my city, WPB. I have a Special Needs Daughter and we need to run a lot of equipment for her. We wanted the generator so that we didn't have to run to the hospital during power outages or small storms. We are blessed with this generator. Thank you.

Just received this generator yesterday. Easy set up, (hint, follow quick start up guide regarding power cable connection from battery to panel). Runs great. Button start, remote start, pull start seem to work fine. Tested with power light and vacuum cleaner for a period of time just to check performance and no issues. Easy to use. Bought it for powering household when power lines are down after a storm and I believe it will perform well when needed. I hope I do not need it!!

Just bought this and put it together, which was incredibly easy. Haven't needed it yet but am positive it will power what we need and then some! Packaing was great, all parts were present and in perfect condition, they also include the oil & funnel, AC adapter and the tool kit needed! SIMPLE! The remote start will be an absolute game changer when needed during outages and storms! The only reason why it has 4 stars and not 5 is I haven't needed to use it in a real outage situation yet and didn't feel I could give an honest review about that part of it yet.

I bought this a month ago, so far haven't had the need to use it. However, after doing a lot of comparisons this particular unit I felt had the best power, for the price. In addition to this it had the automatic battery charger, was easy to set up, has a 40 and a 50amp outlet. Customer Service is great! I called with a question and with a very tolerable waiting period spoke to an agent who answered quickly and professionally in layman's terms.

I JUST GOT THIS 3 DAYS AGO AND SO FAR I LIKE BETTER THAN THE LAST ONE I HAD. IT WAS A DUROMAX 9500. THERE WAS SOME PARTS MISSING AND I COULD NOT GET ANY RESULTS FROM THEM TO FIX IT SO I SENT IT BACK. THIS ONE SEEMS TO BE BUILT BETTER AND COMES WITH EVERTHING YOU NEED. I STARTED IT UP ON LP GAS AND CHECKED ALL OF THE CIRCUITS ON IT AND I AM PLEASED AT THE WAY THEY ALL WORK. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS WESTINGHOUSE GENERATOR.

Just received this, and easily installed wheels and feet. Added oil and a little gas and it started on the first try. I had tried a duel fuel model, but was not happy with it. It does weigh a little over 200 lbs, but easy to move with the wheels. I should not say that I can't wait for the power to go out to give it a work out, but I am positive that I will be protected with this unit.

Just got this set up with a transfer switch for the house, and it works well. Set up a manual switch with ten circuits, none greater than 20A. Runs a little more than half the house circuits, no problem. Don’t know about the run time yet with regular electrical use, but manual says it should get about 8-10 hours per tank with normal use. Remote start is nice, can do it from inside the house.

I bought the 9500c generator a couple months ago. It is very simple to assemble, they provided the oil, funnel and tools to get it started. The push button start works great. My wife used the remote start key fob inside and outside house. This feature is a mobility saver since my wife is disabled. She has the freedom to start and stop the generator if she leaves the house. The generator is very quiet. A couple weeks after I received it, I lost power for 3 days, powered the whole house. It is a must have. I would definitely recommend!!!

I bought this due to my area having a lot of outages and tired of throwing money away because of power not being restored right away (total of 8 days due to winter storm in 2018 and Just recently ISIASIA (hurricane on east coast) I bought in June and didn’t use until August. Easy to put together, super easy start up. Bring a first time user of a generator I’m really comfortable using and hooking up and shutting down. With the right gas cans easy to refuel also. Westing house did such a great job on this product and I recommend to anyone we didn’t need such a big unit now but we plan on hooking up to home in future
