Great generator. Easy to use. Quiet. Fired right up! Minor damage from shipment. One of the wheel axle "brackets" was bent so the axle would not go through. I was able to bend it back and slide the axle through. In addition, one of the bars above the gas tank is bent. It is not touching the gas tank, but still bent. Damage does not cause any issues and is not worth the hassle of returning for a replacement.

I bough this because of our power being cut off for hours to days at a time. I just received it this morning before 7 am. Very promp and friendly service. This one should run my home during outages. I have neighbors that have bought the same generator. I love the automatic start.

We bought this generator as an emergency backup for the after an ice storm left us without electricity for 12 days. Don’t get me wrong, I love the outdoors and roughing it, but that Little House on the Prairie nonsense gets old after a few days and I am not Pa Ingalls. We’re on a well, and I’ve got it figured that this generator will put out enough juice when the time comes to keep the water flowing and keep a light on outside so as prevent that nosy, brat Nellie Oleson from snooping around where she doesn’t belong. In any case, we haven’t had cause to use it yet other than to break it in and in a way I hope it remains that way. God bless and keep on trucking.

I just assembled and ran for an hour, so far all good and running great, haven’t tested with load yet. Easy to follow instructions, wheels, handles, battery and oil/funnel included as well as spark plug socket wrench. Started immediately with one push of remote start same as one push button start without the need of moving the choke. Did not try with recoil start. Heavy as expected but with wheels is much more manageable to move around. It’s pretty loud as expected too, I ran it outside my attached garage but when I’m inside the house, it is a very minimum noise wherein you can have a decent normal conversation level. Hoping it will last for a long time with proper maintenance.

I replaced my old generator with the WGen9500 with is a significant step from the prior generator with 5500 running watts. My primary purpose is to provide power to out rural homes but also to bring power to our 260 acre cattle farm. It's been in operation for alittle over 20 hours and performed to my expectations. It is far less noisy than my previous but is still don't park it next to the bedroom window. Start is great....simply push the start button....or the remote or if you really want to you can pull a pulley. I put the generator on a trailer to pull to a remote sites where it easily handled power demand from my equipment. The generator runs smoothly with little vibration and remained in place....and has plenty of plugs to support a work site. It is well designed, easy to service and use.

I bought the 9500 last year but didn't test run until April 2023 because their has been no power outage and immediately noticed a gas leak when attempting to start for the first time, WH service advised its probably leaving for fuel open/shut valve. The next issue was WH product service providers in my area (4) would not accept WH warranty repairs unless I payed for repairs and let WH reimburse me, I refuse and relayed this to WH who advised ship it back to us for a replacement, this was done 4-24-23, The replacement (open box gen with 5 hours time) will be shipped to me when they receive the faulty gen, What a hassle but over all I believe the 9500 is a good product.

Just purchased this generator. When I opened the box I was pleasantly surprised to see that this generator was somewhat small and lightweight being a 9500 running watt. I assembled the generator and added oil. Fired right up with the remote start. This will be great for my fiancé who would not be able to start the generator otherwise. It also has so automatic choke; so no need to worry about that. I would say this generator is about as close as you can get to a whole house unit and still has the option of being portable. Highly recommend. I am also an E-2 electrician. Side note...ran my dryer no problem through my 30amp transfer switch. Just wouldn't recommend running anything along side it.

Bought this generator to act as an emergency backup incase the power went out for a few days. Came clean and works well. It will our well, water heater, fridge, some lights and a few appliances. good size for backup power. The only downside is that the generator weighs 218.9 pounds so it's a bit of a lift. The price is also good but not great.

We bought this after the dams failed in our area. My neighbors have one similar to the 9500. I was very impressed with the remote start option. Now my wife can start it from inside the house. We're going to get the box wired for the 50amp service plug.

We purchased this generator a couple weeks ago when we had our electrical updated at our home and added a pig tail connector for easy use during our frequent hurricanes. Timing was everything and we just experienced Francine and were able to use our new, right on time, generator. The size is fantastic and we were waiting in comfort for our services to be restored. The ease of use was a pleasant surprise and we are thankful for our good decision to purchase!!
