Bought this because we will lose power everything time we get bad weather and I needed something that would keep my food cold as well as allow my child to play her video games. I haven’t had a chance to run it when there is no power but will provide additional updates when that occur.

We just purchased this after our last power outage. We pulled it out of the box, set up instructions were easy to follow and it fired right up. It came with oil and all that was necessary except the gasoline. Love that it came with a remote start and are so happy about the peace of mind it gives us to now have this stored and waiting for our next outage.

I bought this a month ago, so far haven't had the need to use it. However, after doing a lot of comparisons this particular unit I felt had the best power, for the price. In addition to this it had the automatic battery charger, was easy to set up, has a 40 and a 50amp outlet. Customer Service is great! I called with a question and with a very tolerable waiting period spoke to an agent who answered quickly and professionally in layman's terms.

We bought this generator as an emergency backup for the after an ice storm left us without electricity for 12 days. Don’t get me wrong, I love the outdoors and roughing it, but that Little House on the Prairie nonsense gets old after a few days and I am not Pa Ingalls. We’re on a well, and I’ve got it figured that this generator will put out enough juice when the time comes to keep the water flowing and keep a light on outside so as prevent that nosy, brat Nellie Oleson from snooping around where she doesn’t belong. In any case, we haven’t had cause to use it yet other than to break it in and in a way I hope it remains that way. God bless and keep on trucking.

Recently purchased my new Westinghouse generator after my old one just wore out after twenty years. I waited several months until this model was back in stock and it was well worth the wait. The 9500 produces plenty of power and has many great features.

This generator was easy to put together and is compact. The remote start remote is a great feature because it allows you to start the generator from the comfort of your home. It is quiet and it is powerful enough to turn on my major appliances. Very good generator would recommend it highly.

Just purchased a few weeks ago, but it runs like a champ so far. It started up right away on 1st try with electric start. Instructions were clear and setup was easy. Wish we would have had it earlier this year to avoid flooding in basement after losing power for a few days and the sump pump battery backups not working

Just recently purchased and so far so good. Setup was easy and everything in the instruction manual seemed pretty straight forward. Fired up right away and tested fine on a few appliances. Next step will be detailing out the wattage needed for different appliances to see what I can run simultaneously.

After enduring hurricane Ian, I will never again worry about being without power for days at a time. My neighborhood electrician was able to easily set everything up so that we can use it when we need it. We did a test and found that it easily powered my a/c and other essential household items. I hope to never have to use this equipment, but know that I'll be in great shape if I need to at some point in the future.

I bought this a month ago in preparation for peak hurricane season to power my house in case of power outage. It has everything I need and more to get the job done. Remote start is a bonus feature. Ran a trial run and was able to run everything in my house including a/c.
