Only had this two weeks so far but I will say that this unit was very easy to assemble. Once I filled the fluids I went to start it and the generator started like a champ. Started with pull cord, electric start and remote fob. All worked and the unit ran great. Had a wire on the unit that was pinched in half during shipping at some point, will get hold of Westinghouse about that, But I'm confident that they will give me the assistance that I need.

This is my first generator so I was nervous I would struggle using a generator. I researched generators with a great value, user friendly, and reliable. I found Westinghouse WGen9500, which has been exactly what I was looking for. I can easily transport it without fear it'll break and get hours of power that can easily be started at the push of a button. The electric start is AWESOME! Highly recommend this generator.

Picked up my Generator a couple days ago. Real heavy-needed help from neighbor to unload. Assembly for wheels and front feet was super easy. Filled the engine with oil and put a little gas in the tank then hit the button and it fired right up. Friends that have seen it are extremely impressed. Test it on a few small items like power tools and shop equip. The big test will come later this year if we get a hurricane. I hope to power my entire house, but lets hope no hurricanes.

I recently purchased the 9500DF, it came when expected, easy to assemble, started right away. Powerful enough to run all that I want in the house, wheels make it easy to maneuver, I like the push button start. hope that I don't lose power, but this gives me peace of mind when that does happen.

So far so good. The only thing I didn't like was the shipping company they choose to use. It took them 3 weeks to deliver it and had terrible customer service. It wasn't on back order either. Otherwise, no complaints yet as to the performance of the generator.

I am new to the generator universe and found the instructions easy to use and although I have only tested it and never had to use it, the instructions are so easy, my wife can use this product. We have it setup to be able to run the house in case of emergency loss of power. Thank you Westinghouse!

Remote start and automatic choke are great features. I can setup for a touchless startup: 1) place WGEN9500 in set outdoor position, and plug in 50amp cable connecting unit to house, 2) prep/switchover circuits at electrical power, 3) startup remotely & wait 2 minutes, 4) switch on select house circuits. Looking for a 20 year life!

I bought this due to my area having a lot of outages and tired of throwing money away because of power not being restored right away (total of 8 days due to winter storm in 2018 and Just recently ISIASIA (hurricane on east coast) I bought in June and didn’t use until August. Easy to put together, super easy start up. Bring a first time user of a generator I’m really comfortable using and hooking up and shutting down. With the right gas cans easy to refuel also. Westing house did such a great job on this product and I recommend to anyone we didn’t need such a big unit now but we plan on hooking up to home in future

After going without power due to wildfire danger, my wife and I decided it was time to buy some power of our own. After doing many hours of research we decided the Westinghouse 9500 watt generator was our best choice. So glad we did! It arrived very well packaged, and assembly was a breeze. This unit will power everything we need to serve another power outage (AND HERE IN CALIFORNIA) we know its coming. GREAT product that will last us for the years to come. Thank You Westinghouse.. This generator came packaged nicely which kept it safe during delivery. This was very simple to put together with very minimal assembly. The generator came with very clear instructions and a manual. I am impressed with all the features this generator has. It has a very sharp look to it, not that it matters, but definitely worth noting. I followed the directions and it started up right away. I am very happy with this purchase!
