Ordered product on Feb. 27 through Home Depot. Received on March 9. While unpacking found the product had be struck by something on the air intake side. This damaged the intake filter housing creating a large dent and bent latch. The rest of the assembly went well with no problems. Contacted customer service at Westinghouse and a warranty claim was begun. Have not operated the generator waiting on follow up contact for replacement parts.

Provides a lot of power with a few little luxuries like remote start and multiple outlets. Yes, it is loud but not nearly as loud as other generators we have had. It is heavy but that is to be expected. The wheels and handle allow for it to be easily moved around.

VERY slow delivery, with no communication until the day before AND with the straps cutting through the packaging. (It arrived >3 weeks after I had the transfer switch installed based on the anticipated delivery.) I'll also probably have to change the oil: it came with 10W30, but after filling per the start guide, I learned that for my current temperatures, I need to use 5W30. The temperature range should be on the start guide or (better) the recommended 5W30 Synthetic oil should be supplied instead of the 10W30.

purchased for power outages in arkansas. looks good out of the box.trucking company delivered right to our door. the husband unboxed and added the wheels and found his remote(his fave thing about the generator) we havent ran it as were waiting on an electrician to hardwire it in in the next few weeks. we shared the pic and our electrician said his cousin wanted one.

With power outages I wanted something that I could depend on when our grid was out and I finally bit the bullet and I should have a long time ago!! Simple to operate, perfect remote start each time and does more than I ask for. I am so happy with this product!!

Just purchased this generator and so far am very pleased with it. The assembly and instruction manual use regular English and are refreshingly clear, with good illustrations. Have not started it yet, but will circle back after using it awhile. The chassis is tubular steel, and the weight is over 200 pounds, The wheels provided are heavy molded plastic, which I prefer because you never have to add air. The variety of 120V and 240 V outputs is very convenient, as are the three ways of starting the gas engine (remote, autostart, and manual pull-cord, just in case the battery is dead). A trickle charger for the battery is also included with a convenient charging port right on the power panel. Overall, very good design and clear instructions.

Researched a lot of generators as back-up for power outages, this product is hands down the most powerful at 12,500/9,500 W at a reasonable price. First generator I've owned, wish I had purchased this product years ago. Overall, Great Product and Great Price.

Received this 2 nights ago. Set it up yesterday, very easy process. Once oil and fuel added, pushed the start button and within a couple of seconds it was running smoothly. Did have a dent in frame, probably happened during shipping. Box was not in good condition. Does not effect operation, but is disappointing to have received it this way.

I bought this to use when the electricity goes out in my household. A few days ago, my house went out of power for the whole day from a tree falling on the power line, luckily I had purchased this generator and I managed to turn my whole house's power back on. It was like there was no outage and my family was able to be very comfortable thanks to the generator. It's very useful and makes a person feel reassured that they can still get power during an outage. Amazing and useful poduct. No regret purchasing it!!
