Fortunately, we haven't needed to use our new generator yet but the extensive research we did before purchasing this one makes us confident that it will run everything we need it to in our house. We have lost power four times in seven months, for up to five days each time, and we do not want to lose everything in our refrigerator again. This will pay for itself in saved groceries alone!

I bought this for my husband and myself of course, as we live in a rural area, that tends to have several power outages, from rain & wind storms to Snow or ice storms. We have been left "in the dark" too many times, I did some searching for generators, and looked at MANY reviews, and this one seem to have the best, and what we were looking for. It has enough running watts to run our chest freezer, sump pump, refrigerator, furnace, lights and more! has a push button start, even a key fab, It is very user friendly. It is not too loud, We now are not nervous during storms in case the power goes out, this generator can run 17.5 hours on a full 6 gallon tank of gas. I highly recommend!

I just received it and within 45 minutes after unpacking the unit had it fully serviced, running and tested. Couldn't be easier. Will update after I've used it for awhile. Note: primarily purchased this as an emergency backup in case of lost power for our home. Will also be using it for electrical needs on remote locations on my property.

We bought this after going 12 days without power in our home following an ice storm in October 2020. We have such peace of mind now, knowing that we won't go through that again! We love the ease of storage, and the capability this generator has. We'll never be in that position again!

Bought this unit with home and livestock care use in mind. Love the compact design and the myriad of features, especially the remote start for shows. Very happy with the unit so far and the steel frame, metal gas tank and gorgeous blue paint make for a tremendous purchase.

Opened box and put the 2 wheels and 2 legs on with the supplied tools, added oil/fuel and connected the battery. Followed the starting instructions label on the generator and was running within 10 minutes of opening box. So simple. Hooked up my RV to the 50amp outlet and turned on the A/C, TV, Microwave and the unit didn't flinch at all. Such a great Generator, would recommend for sure. Love the fob to start and stop from inside the RV

I recently purchased the WGen9500c. Very happy with the sturdiness/construction of the unit. I was afraid that a portable unit would not be able to stand up to wear/tear. No worries as this unit weighs 200 pounds and should be able to withstand anything type of transport, weather, etc.

Recieved my Wgen9500 generator today. assembly instructions were accurate and easy to follow. The quality exceeded what I was expecting. Start up was simple and fast. Haven't put it under a full load as of yet but have no doubts to what the performance will be. Glad I checked all brands before buying and deciding to buy the Wgen 9500. Very happy customer.

Ordered online from a home supply store. Setup was very straight forward and took about 20 minutes. I really like the voltage output on the display panel and the remote starter. Starts easily and is not too loud. I have a transfer switch on my home for 30 AMP service. I like that it also has ability to supply 50 AMP service - though I don't have a need for it. Supplying 9500 running WATTS should be adequate to supply everything I need for a power outage. I'm very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend to others.

we bought this model based on range of features and power since we live in a hurricane zone and expect to lose power - it was a replacement for a very similar westinghouse product used reliably for years...and we're looking forward to enjoying this one for many more
