We bought this generator after many months of looking for one that filled our needs for electrical service during power failures. I love the electrical remote start as I can stand at my circuit panel in the basement and start the generator before making the switch to backup power. The price fit our budget. And the unit powers all the equipment in our house we need to keep my wife save during power outages.

I bought this generator after searching and searching for one you for 1 after finally purchasing it it lived up to all its expectations the generator shipped on time and was delivered on time everything in the Box was in perfect condition took only a few minutes to put the generator together soon as I pushed the button it started up 1st time no issues whatsoever I live in Louisiana and have never owned a generator before but after going through hurricane Ida this was the best investment that I have spent in such a long time great job Westinghouse you knocked it out of the park with this one

Just bought this last week and charged battery overnight last night and started up this morning. Fob has to be paired to generator to start (unless you want to start manually with pull cord). Pairing process was easy and it started right up. However, the one negative is that you really can't start it remotely as I'd imagined because you have to turn on the gas cutoff to "On" and you have to turn the power switch on, so really no point in having a fob to start it with when you have to go out anyway to do these steps. Also, power cord does not come with it so you will have to purchase one before you can actually use it.

Got my new generator yesterday and today I set it up and got it running. I'm blown away about how quiet it is compared to my 18 yr old unit I replace this with. Installing the wheels, the feet and adding the oil was straight forward and easy. Added gas and it fired right up.

Very happy with this generator. 10 minutes to assemble, including filling the supplied oil. Well written instructions, along with parts diagram and wiring schematic. Not a big deal, but the supplied oil funnel should have a larger mouth and much larger exit, to prevent spilling.

Just purchased this in anticipation of winter weather. Choose it because we are adding whole house back up with newly installed transfer switch. Arrived undamaged in excellent condition. Easy assembly and ready to go and move around. Started on first try.

Received the generator when scheduled. My husband put on the wheels, added oil and gas. Started right up. Then we used the key fob to start it. Worked like a charm. Bought it to use for emergency home power outages. We just got it so time will tell. So far so good. That's the only reason I can't give it 5 stars.

I HAVE A CHEAPER GENERATOR I BOUGHT FOR BAD WEATHER. LIVE OUT IN THE COUNTRY. IT WOULD BARELY KEEP UP WITH BASIC FANS, FRIDGE, LIGHTS, ETC. WANTED BIGGER UNIT TO RUN WELL ALSO. THIS UNIT DOES IT. WELL MADE. STARTS RIGHT UP AND WORKS GREAT. VERY IMPRESSED WITH PRODUCT.

I bought this generator sight unseen and it sat in my cold garage for over a month before I opened the box up and tried it out. 'Started right up and it's easier to move than I thought and now I'm all set for whatever New England weather throws at me!

Bought this item and I was amazed how easy it was to set up and run. The push button start is a huge plus. Nothing worse than trying to start your generator in the dark with a pull start. Louder than I would have liked, but Westinghouse quality is worth a little background noise.
