Got this Generator in and It fired right up. Broke it in and put it under a serious load and without a glitch it never missed a beat. Very happy as this as it's the 1st WestingHouse I've ever owned and already plan to buy another one for my Race Car trailer.

After getting a panel upgrade and generator disconnect switch installed on our home, our electrician recommended this generator as it has more than enough power to keep our AC/appliances/etc working during an outage. So far we have tested it a few times and it works like a charm. Would buy again if needed and have already recommended to a friend who's been looking

I appreciate how quick the product arrived to my home. Installing the tires and foots was easy. An adding the motor oil was quite simple. I haven't added gas yet to start it but overall I'm so far impressed with the product. Youtube videos helped me to understand the product features. My wife and I purchased this generator because we live in a location that many trees have been dropping on our power lines. We had an electrician wire a box so that only our essentials (a light or two, refrigerator, water heater, etc) are drawing. The setup was easy and for the price it is wonderful to have the knowledge that we are safe. We have used it for a few years now after both summer storms and winter nor-easters and we have no complaints!

I bought this item because of features: remote & electric start and transfer switch ready to replace 23 year old smaller model. Day after assembled/set up was huge storm which knocked out power for 9 hours. Generator worked great. 12500 Peak Watts and 9500 Rated Watts and Up To 12 Hour Run Time is just what we needed. What a relief to have.

I would probably give this five stars if I had had opportunities to use it yet. I just had my electrician hook up my generator to the power outlets as required. I am thrilled to know that when a power outage occurs I can easily roll my generator outside, away from my home, using the attached handled cart. It also gives me peace of mind to know that there is an electric start or key fob available when time comes to start the generator. A trusted name I grew up with, Westinghouse, is another comfort for me in making this purchase. Living in the Northeast makes me sure that when Old Man Winter comes my way, I will be ready with my new Westinghouse portable generator! Ladies, if I can do this, you can too.

I bought this Westinghouse a couple of weeks ago and I absolutely love it. Very easy to unpack and assemble wheels. It is also very easy to maneuver around. I needed more watts to power my house when storms knock off the power. This unit will do the job. It has 9500 running watts, plenty to take care what I need to power on during a power outage. And, it has a remote control electric start. I don't even have to get out of my house to crank the generator.....awesome feature that other generators don't have. Highly recommended!!

I really enjoyed the convenience of the traditional model in the configuration of plug - ins. Also, the remote starter and starter on the engine is nice for when storms come through and there is little lag - time in the amount of energy usage available. I purchased this product to help with heating water in the hot water heater.

I bought the WGEN9500 to plug into my transfer box and run my whole house. I bought the unit in an emergency situation and have been unable to test it fully, however the amount of time that we ha e run it and in the limited capacity of use it performed very well.
