Just received this item. Packaging was in good condition. Cut box open to get to the generator, no problem. I used a 4x4 to prop up the machine to install wheels. Finally got the legs installed. The generator is heavy and seems very substantial. I had to pull down on the red/black wires to the battery in order to expose the connector so that I could get the battery online. The remote is hooked on the pull cord that you use to manually start the generator. Hope this helps the next buyer.

I recently received this generator and am excited to lose power! It feels incredibly solid and runs a lot quieter than I would anticipate a generator of this size. The electric start had an initial hard time turning over but I was able to start it right up manually and since it starts just fine with the electric start. So far I'm very happy with this purchase.

Picked this up last week. Have powered it up checked all outlets, remote start, everything works as advertised. Have run for about 10 hours of break in so far with various loads including 240V 1-1/2 hp deep well pump. Still need to get a transfer switch hooked up but very happy with my purchase so far!

This is my first generator so I was nervous I would struggle using a generator. I researched generators with a great value, user friendly, and reliable. I found Westinghouse WGen9500, which has been exactly what I was looking for. I can easily transport it without fear it'll break and get hours of power that can easily be started at the push of a button. The electric start is AWESOME! Highly recommend this generator.

This is a great product to ensure that I have power incase of an outage. It will operate mostly all items in my house. It is very easy to hookup and runs very smooth. I love the all the extra features it has such as remote start and the large fuel tank makes refilling a dream.

I bought this generator a couple of weeks ago, and just received it yesterday. It was packaged very well so nothing could move during shipping. It came to me in perfect condition and looked just as advertised. It has all the features I was looking for to keep my whole house running in our next power outage. In South Texas, it can be a regular occurrence during the Spring and throughout the Summer. I purchased a Tri fuel generator so that I can hook up to my natural gas line and never have to worry about it running out of fuel if I need it running for an extended period of time. I did a test run today hooking up to my LP tank and it ran perfectly, providing power to all my appliances, TV, and even my A/C unit when I switched it on. Couldn't ask for anything better for peace of mind during future power outages. I would highly recommend this Westinghouse generator for anyone looking to purchase one for themselves.

Just got my new wGen 9500 generator and so far so good starts right up and having a fib is nice haven’t had a chance to put som weight on it but I’m sure it’s going to be fine✅. My previous generator was also Westinghouse but it was 5500 running watts and I lived it

I have yet to hook it up but bought this hoping that it would be able to run my house during frequent power outages, needed it to power the AC, Fridge, Internet and Garage. Upon talking to my Electrician he said that it will be more than ample. Super stoked to get the hookup installed!

After much research, I bought this generator for my husband for his birthday. He loves it. The push button start, the data center and all the extra features paired with the Westinghouse name. This generator does its job with no problems. Extremely satisfied.

Bought this unit with home and livestock care use in mind. Love the compact design and the myriad of features, especially the remote start for shows. Very happy with the unit so far and the steel frame, metal gas tank and gorgeous blue paint make for a tremendous purchase.
