It's a good product for the price. Just received this product so haven't had the opportunity to fully test it yet. However, it seems like it will work for the purpose of RV camping. Seems to have all the features that I need but the manual refers to an Eco Mode Switch & Output Ready LED which I haven't been able to locate on this unit. The noise level is a little louder than I expected but can't wait to test it out.

I just bought this after last winter we lost power for 5 days around Christmas time. I have a small camping generator. That only lasted 2 days and we live in the North East. This was easy to assemble and get up and running. Love the push start and remote start. More than enough watts to run everything I need in the house. Great price and fast shipping.

Our power went out on a Monday during a storm a few weeks ago. Power was not restored until Friday night that week. 90 degrees all week.Decided "never again". It is quality built with some great features to help make a difficult time easier to deal with. Price was very competitive as well. Overall I am extremely pleased.

I bought the Westinghouse portable generator a month ago, and so far I am very pleased. Good power to run the house including 3.5 ton AC. I had it wired with soft start to reduce the AMP spike when the compressor starts. Extra features are nice, including remote start, harmonic gauge, and 50 AMP cord outlet. So far I have only run it for a couple of hours, the real test will be when it is needed for longer periods.

I had a 3500 watt crank generator that I didn't have the strength to start anymore. Plus, it didn't supply the whole house. After a lot of research, I found that the Westinghouse 9500c had and excellent reputation. They were right. All I had to do was put the wheels on and filled it with oil and gas. I followed the easy start instructions, pushed a button and on it went. I can run the furnace, the fridge, the lights and more. I am so happy and relieved.

I researched generators for several months before selecting the WGen9500 & I’m very happy with this generator. The packaging protected it during shipping - the product was defect-free. The directions for assembly were very clear. All parts were included and fit properly. After assembly & upon filling with oil & gas, I opened the gas line & pressed the remote. Since the factory charged the battery & already paired the remote with the generator, it started right up. Westinghouse has done a great job creating a product with the right features & making it easy for the customer to use. I’m ready for the next power outage.

I bought this a month ago to replace a smaller unit from another manufacturer. We definitely use this often as the power goes out on a regular basis. Now we have enough capacity to keep our home reasonably well until the power is restored, usually the same day.

We bought this generator two months ago, and I have finally had time to open the box. Assembly was very simple and straightforward. Directions are clear and even I was able to put the wheels on and program the remote. There were no steps skipped in the directions, and they assumed that you knew nothing, which was perfect for me. After putting oil and gas in the generator, I open the fuel valve, pressed start and Wala! It started on the first push button. I ran it about 10 minutes and put it back in the garage. Actually, I hope I never need to use it because we bought it in case of hurricanes

While I haven't used the WGen9500 for very long, the times it has been used has been flawless. The generator starts easily using either the push start or the remote control. Time will tell if the fuel efficiency is as good as advertised, and this was one of the deciding factors in choosing this generator. We live in coastal North Carolina and made this purchase for backup power during hurricanes, so I'm sure it will be tested fully soon.

I just bought this generator after several power outages in my area. I ordered it on a Monday and it arrived that Wednesday. It was packed well and secured to a pallet. All I had to assemble was the wheels and front rubber feet. After adding the supplied oil, I added gas and it fired right up.
