This generator is packed with great features. Easy start and comes with a remote start and stop fob. Easy setup. Comes with every thing you need for setup in the box. No need to go looking for wrenches. Handle folds out for great leverage when moving the generator and folds up to get it out of the way to save space. It has a rope start also in case you forget to charge it. It also comes with a battery charger if you don't want to start it every few months. It's probably better for the engine if you start it once in a while.

We live in a rural area and when the power goes out, it can take some time for the linemen to get out this way. Now they can take there sweet time if they need to because this generator will power everything that I need to here on the farm. Great product and i would recommend to anyone that needs some serious power

Very well built down to the welds of the frame. They must have been listening to customers reviews because the 50 amp plug is no longer sitting above the wheel. That caused major issues with very thick cables. Tons of features for the money. I almost can't wait for the next hurricane to put this through its paces. Very happy with my purchase and would buy from again.

While I haven't used the WGen9500 for very long, the times it has been used has been flawless. The generator starts easily using either the push start or the remote control. Time will tell if the fuel efficiency is as good as advertised, and this was one of the deciding factors in choosing this generator. We live in coastal North Carolina and made this purchase for backup power during hurricanes, so I'm sure it will be tested fully soon.

I tested the inductive loading capacity of this generator and it was able to take the load of my home AC. I also like the remote stop/start feature. This allows me to set up the generator and turn it off over night and let the wife and kids to start the generator with a touch of a button.

I purchased this machine a month ago to power my welders and plasma cutter. I bought the I bought the WGen9500c last week. I did the 5-hour break-in run at a constant 2200 watts. I had a circular saw plugged-in and intermittently pulled the trigger for a few seconds every 15 or 20 minutes. Connected my 2000 sq ft house after the break-in period, it ran the whole house with no problems. I'm in Orlando, FL getting ready for hurricane season.

I just assembled it and got it going for the first time. I’m a big fan of the convenience of the remote start. The generator fired right up after putting it together and so far am very pleased with it. I’m moving my family off grid in a few and am already quite confident this generator will give us all the power that we need.
