Overall, very pleased with this generator. Easy to follow instructions, easy to use and runs great. Seems heavy duty overall and power was as expected. I can actually run central air across two condensors, my fridge, dishwasher, tvs, lights, etc. My only complaint is that the wheels could be better and heavier duty.

EASY START,POWER AND ALMOST CANT WAIT FOR OUTAGE TO TRY IT.LOTS OF FEATURES. JUST ONE THING,THE QUICK CONNECTS FOR THE BATTERY WERE UNHOOKED.SHOULD BE PUT IN MANUAL TO HOOK THESE UP AS AT FIRST I COULD NOT FIGURE OUT WHY THE ELECTRIC START WOULD NOT WORK. LOVE THIS PRODUCT.

I bought this generator a week ago and exceeded my expectations. It took about 10 minutes to get set up. I hit the start button and the generator started right away. I tested the power of the generator with lights, air compressor, table saws, etc and did not miss a beat. The remote start and transfer switch ready are very nice features. I would by it again if I needed another generator.

I purchased this product on 3/18/2023 and had to have my son help me load it in his truck as it is a tad bit heavy. We took it home and went through the set up instructions and was blown away that in a temperature of 29 degrees outside with the key fob this baby started right up with no choke. Truly remarkable I think. My son is an engineer at a competitors company and said this generator is well put together with well thought out features. I was very pleased and we ran the generator for approximately 2 hours with partial load as part of the break in process and it worked flawlessly. I didn't even have to charge the battery as it still had the factory charge which cranked it right over. Great job to the team at Westinghouse for making an incredible quality product. I currently have it stored in the garage where it fits perfectly. My neighbor came over earlier today and I showed him all the features as he's looking to upgrade from his old generator and he was quite impressed.

First time using it for pg&e shutoffs, so far so good. We are all electric at our house and this has been running water heater,well pump, refrigerator, t.v., WiFi, etc. With no problem. Easy to set up. Gas gauge doesn't work but not worth loading up and waiting for a new one. We will contact Westinghouse for a new gauge.

Within an hour I had the WGEN9500 fully set up, oil and gas filled and started with the push of a button!!! The remote starter even worked on the first try! I almost WANT to lose power! Just follow the simple directions and you can easily get up and running.

We have been kicking around the idea of buying a generator for fifteen years or so, and we always seem to wait until a power outage, when they are already sold out, to pull the trigger. This time, we finally took the step and based on reviews by other buyers, plus the size and output, we chose this one. We had it delivered to the house, and once I opened the box, I was able to set it up and start it in about 20 minutes, which included reading directions. We have not used it in an emergency yet, nor have we had it on a trickle charger for any length of time to see how that works out, but the key fob starter worked like a champ, as did the start button on the control panel.

I purchased this generator a while back and have not had a need to turn it on yet because I bought it for in case of hurricane. We are under a hurricane watch right now so we started it for the first time and it seems to work like a charm! The remote start works and turning off the generator, but it does not turn the generator on. However, I am going to consult the manual again to see if we’re doing something wrong.

I bought this generator one week ago because we had a power outage two weeks ago. Reading all of the reviews and the features this generator has to offer. Will be great for our upcoming storms this hurricane season. This will power my whole house, including my AC system.

I bought this in anticipation of needing it for a storm power outage. Haven’t had the chance to use it like that yet. I have an all electric house so when we’re out, we are out! This isn’t big enough to run everything but will run enough to keep us going until power is restored. I had ordered this online and had it dropped at the store where I picked it up. It weighs close to 300 lbs so it was a beast to get from the van to the ground. I wound up cutting the box off of it and put the wheels and feet on it which was very easy. With the wheels, my 11 year old can move it around no problem in spite of its weight. Added the oil, gas, and installed the battery and it fired right up. It has 3 ways to start and all 3 worked right away. I am not looking forward to the power outage but if it happens, I feel prepared.
