Produce was order July 13, 2024 and finally arrived July 26, 2024 with a very damaged box, but the product inside only had a single scratch. Totally understand that the warehouse and delivery service were responsible and it had nothing to do with the Westinghouse product. Product appears to be on working order.

I purchased this unit recently and was very pleased with the quality of the product. It seems to be built well. I was concerned that it might be too heavy for me to move but the fold down handle gives enough leverage to make moving it easy. I am replacing a smaller unit that wasn't quite large enough for my home when the power goes out. This unit provides more than I need.

I searched 100s of generators and I'm happy with the choice I made. Assembly 7 mins. Started first try using my beautiful remote. It's also a lot quieter than I expected. It's not like a loud noise but like a fine piece of machinery running :) I purchased this to run my DJ equipment and I needed the right power to weight ratio BAM!

This generator is Awesome! It came with everything needed for start up. Hooked up battery and the generator started after a 1 second push on the electric start the first time. This generator will be used to temporarily power my house during a power outage. It powers almost my entire house without issue. My only gripe is the generator is heavy and although on wheels and I am able to move it without a problem it would be too hard for my wife to move it if she ever needed to.

I bought the Unit a few months ago for upcoming Hurricane season down South. I am happy to have 3 options to operate the Generator, which I have access to use all 3 methods. I am able to start the Generator with a remote device. The generator is easy to roll to my outside location near my gas hookup. It is easy to hookup to my propane bottles also.

I was honestly hoping that I wouldn't have to take this out of the box - but Hurricane Idalia had other plans. I'm a single mom, I was able to completely set up by myself. It is big and it's heavy, but I was able to do it. The assembly took me maybe 10 minutes tops. Added the oil, poured in the gas. Push start worked on the first time and she came to life! I was surprised that it wasn't outrageously loud - I thought it was going to be pretty obnoxious being that it's a bigger powered generator. But pleasantly surprised! I hooked up refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, a couple fans, and cell phone charger (I had a little power station with multiple outlets). No issues at all. Definitely recommend.

Hello, I am mother of two and our power always goes out during the winter. This winter I was prepared with the dual powered generator. I also added the plug on the house. I was excited to use it but we didn't get a freeze this year. Ha, but I was ready.

Ordered product on Feb. 27 through Home Depot. Received on March 9. While unpacking found the product had be struck by something on the air intake side. This damaged the intake filter housing creating a large dent and bent latch. The rest of the assembly went well with no problems. Contacted customer service at Westinghouse and a warranty claim was begun. Have not operated the generator waiting on follow up contact for replacement parts.

I bought this online thinking I was getting the dual fuel, but they had changed the deals and I hadn't noticed. It was still a good deal, so I decided to go ahead with the order. The delivery was relatively quick and the box was in good shape. (They would not take the skid with them). The instructions were pretty clear, so I put it together and it started right up. The on/off button did not shut it off, and I haven't done anything with the remote start yet.

Compared this unit with many others and it had all the features I wanted. Only took 30 minutes to unpack and assemble and it started right up.Ample outlets, remote start, electric or pull start, meter to let you know what’s going on. Would recommend and buy again
