Arrived ahead of schedule. Sturdy and durable. Great documentation -- user manual simple and clear enough for the mechanically challenged. Have not started the generator yet but confident it will work as advertised. Our dads always said, "You can be sure if it's Westinghouse."

Looks like a very nice generator. Haven't used yet but everything looks easy to use. We bought this because it has a remote start and a push button start so I can start it if my husband is at work and I need it like last year. Has place for different stuff to be plugged in and charged at the same time.

I bought this generator one week ago because we had a power outage two weeks ago. Reading all of the reviews and the features this generator has to offer. Will be great for our upcoming storms this hurricane season. This will power my whole house, including my AC system.

Generator is perfect for our condo. Powers everything up and starts within seconds. Glad we went with a reputable manufacturer. Nice plus is that it comes with a wheel kit, some brands don't. Great value, lots of power for the purchase price and very well designed and is very sturdily constructed.

Instructions were excellent, although rather than attaching battery wires as described (which was already done), required to locate and connect a wire connection found by tracing wires. Once done, started immediately on first attempt. Will be having an electrician connect to my house panel.

bought as a replacement for a flood damaged unit of another brand. arrived in perfect condition and took less than 10 minutes to get ready to run. started on the second pull (used manual start to see how difficult if i had battery issues) Could not be more pleased

I purchased the WGenerator for electrical security in the event I lose power. It's large enough to power my whole house. I got the tri-fuel, so no matter what I should have fuel readily available. I've had stand by generators since 2017 and have only had to use it once. At that time I didn't have one large enough to run my heat and cooling, which was a bummer. So after that I got a larger one. It was also a WGenerator, but I lost it in a shop fire in 2023. Therefore, I purchased a new one and went with the tri-fuel. I have not lost electricity for long periods of time often enough to justify the high cost of a whole home power unit such as Generx. To me this is a very cost effective way to have stand by electrical power. With a plug installed at my breaker box, all I have to do is plug it in, start it up, and engage the power.

I bought this generator and was very happy I did. The value and features are the best I seen in a generator of this size. It has the power to run every thing in my house. Very easy to setup and run. I can take it to the job site and am confident that I will have all the power I will ever need. With the 6+ gallon fuel tank I don't worry about stopping to refuel. One of the best features is that it has two GFI outputs. I don't think you can go wrong with the WGen9500.

Produce was order July 13, 2024 and finally arrived July 26, 2024 with a very damaged box, but the product inside only had a single scratch. Totally understand that the warehouse and delivery service were responsible and it had nothing to do with the Westinghouse product. Product appears to be on working order.

I bought the WGen9500 on 12/15/21. Picked it up the 22nd and put it in the garage. Today, 1/8/22, I finally opened the box to get it set up and ready. Wheels went on nice and easy, the front supports we're the same ease. It's so much easier to move on the wheels. Putting oil in it was a little tricky because the funnel that comes with it is a little too short but it's definitely manageable. Finally I put fresh fuel in. Tried to start it a couple times and it wouldn't start. I started looking around and finally found the fuel shut off valve. I opened it up and on the second crank, it fired right up. Very easy set up. I did it alone and it took about 15-20 min for all of it. I'm having an electrician come to hook it into the breaker box so I'm able to use it to power the necessities in the house. So far, so good! Awesome machine.
