I did a lot of shopping online and found this to be the generator to be able to take of my family during an emergency. It offered more, at a better price point than others on the market. Had it running an hour after delivery, Loved the push button and key fob start, but also has emergency pull start if battery is not charged. I know I’ll be ready for any future emergencies

I bought this over two years ago, it still starts with the remote fob, runs great, sooo glad I got this model, runs everything in my house, except 220 elec. stove and dryer, my wood stove fills in, no more loosing a freezer full of food. special thanks to Jenni, truly an extra mile gal. love the cover and all L

Due to the Hurricane that recently impacted Houston, TX; getting a generator was a must. After doing some research, and actually seeing it in action this was top of the list. 9500 running will power all of the essential items in my 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home.

This generator has everything we were looking for! We needed lots of power with a small footprint as we don't have much space in garage to store a generator. We live in Florida and need to be prepared for loss of power during Hurricanes! Love the ease of use and the remote start is fabulous. My husband and I are both older and have no problem wheeling this machine due to ease of design.

Our basement floods frequently, I needed a new generator that could power two sump pumps along with a contractor pump. I was also interested in powering the majority of the rest of my house as I also work from home. I got this Westinghouse after my Craftsman failed after only a few years. The Westinghouse hans a handful of great features, especially the remote start. Not when a storm is coming, I set up the generator and just start it from inside as soon as the power goes out. Great generator so far, highly recommended.

Brought this unit in Nov 2022, just now got around to starting it up. Started right up and runs great. The electric start is a bonus for this old man, hopefully I won't have to use the cord to often if at all. Has a lot of great features. I have not tried with any load yet as I am just running it right now.

Purchased this to replace 2 smaller generators.Received and after unpacking followed factory set-up instructions,started right up, and purrs like a kitten.Its heavy,but as you go up in power so the weight increases,this is standard in generators.like the control panel,and the number of plugs.You will be happy if you purchase this generator.

I placed the order of the WGen9500 and it arrived few days later. The generator is 90% assemble. Only have to install the two wheels/legs and add the oil. I don't want to lift the generator around my house so I installed four wheels on it so i can move the generator with ease.

I bought this on 6/16/2020 and so far so good. I have a food truck and this thing powered it right up. I like the push button, and remote start so I don't have to look like a fool out there pulling the crank in front of customers ha. Anyway, thanks guys!

I ordered this right after the major snowstorm in Feb. 2021. The generator arrived on March 10, 2021. It was packed securely and no damage in shipment. I followed the instructions, added the included oil and hit the start button. Nothing! The battery was dead. So, I manually started it. It started on the second pull. I ran it for over an hour and tried to start the generator with the battery. No joy! I put the battery on my battery charger for a while. Reinstalled it in the generator and no joy again. Bad battery. Generator is great! Battery is bad!
