I bought this generator back in July and delivered to my residence on August 1,2023. We had a storm that knocked out the power the next day. We unpacked the generator from shipping and made the required connections to my electrical panel. This generator worked GREAT !!!

This is a great generator with tons of power. The push button start is very nice, and the remote is a nice feature. We went without power for 4 days, and I was able to run two fridges, television, several lights, and several charging stations without any issue. No issues using the microwave and coffee maker as well.

I bought this based on the numerous 5 Star Reviews and was not disappointed. The generator started up on the second try and performed as expected. There was one small dent on one of the braces and the cap on the quart container of oil was not tight and leaked.

I bought this generator to ensure that my whole house was covered in the case of an emergency. I followed the start-up directions, read the manual and am happy to report that it has started up with no problem! I tested the manual start, the electric start and the remote start, all with no issues. I can't wait to get my tranfer switch installed and put this beast to the test!

I am 67 as was worried about being able to move a 200lb generator. After installing the wheels and legs(super easy), I just flipped the handle up and off I went. Very well balanced and great leverage. Very simple and easy to follow instructions for start up. Compact and lot's of extra power.

nice generator - quality control on putting this product together was lacking. I found four bolts/nuts that were loose, mainly on the rubber engines mounts - one 8mm nut was even missing, after going thru all nuts and bolts and pinging the threads, I fill with gas it started right off and ran beautifully.

This was purchased to replace my smaller generator. The assembly was quick and easy. This unit is balanced better so moving it is much easier than my other generator. The battery connection was plug together therefore a no brainer. I use it for home backup so the starting wand isn't used like a jobsite but is handy. Overall it does the job, fairly quiet for a big generator. I like the muffler on the end. Overall it's a good machine. .

I just recieved our new WGEN9500DFc. I did everything according to the instructs for set up. I put gas in and tried to crank it. Motor turned over but would not crank. I connected propane and it cranked right up. I had my 30yr handy man with me. We checked all procedures. Unit seemed fine on propane. NOTHING on gas. I called the customer service number. They said it could take a while for a tech response. Like how long? 21 DAYS , WHAT ???!!!! I think I like the unit, but I got dual fuel because that's what I wanted. I expect it to work and not have to wait 21 DAYS!!! I hope they call me soon. I will rate it at another time.

The gen. Is great and so far the only problem I had was the way and condition of the box it was delivered in. The two guys that delivered the gen had Destroyed the box. It had holes through out the box and the bottom was wide open. The delivery guy’s destroyed the box trying to show me any damage. Even though the box was a mess the gen. Was still in good shape.

Just purchased. Everything works as expected, simple assembly of legs/wheels, oil fill, battery connect. Started on the third pull. Electric start (button) also started with no issues. Includes dedicated battery charger for electric start battery.
