I just unboxed the generator, filled with all fluids and put wheels on! Instructions are easy to follow Fired it up and was pleasantly surprised with how quiet it is! This is the 9500 watt generator! I am replacing a 9500 watt champion generator that is so much louder! I needed a generator with a 50 amp plug and this is perfect for my needs!

The 9500 is a beautiful unit, put the oil in that came with it & it fired up 1st pull . Ran it to warm it up used it 5 or 6 hours, Let it cool down,shut it off then tried the battery start and it worked mint no complaints here , very nice machine.

We just got it but have tested it and it starts so easy. We live in a hurricane zone and knowing that we have this to fall back on is really easing our minds. We can keep it in the garage under cover until it's needed and it can be plugged into our house to power the whole house. We got a big one because of running our AC.

Bought this earlier in August as preparation for possible hurricane outages as I live in suburban Houston area. Installed interlock on main panel and 50 amp generator inlet box as well as purchasing 50 amp rated cable for generator to inlet box. Tested last weekend to see what could be powered simultaneously. I found that I could power my 5 ton AC (be aware mine is true variable speed and doesn't have high inrush current) as well as 2 fridges, 1 deep freeze and adequate lighting for 4000 Sq ft home. The generator I solid in construction and has functioned flawlessly so far, having tested it at up to 40 amps to verify 9500 watt running watts.

Bought this a month ago our only problem was we couldn't find the remote control we contacted Westinghouse they told us to look on the pull start rope. Even though instructions says the remote is in the bag the person from Westinghouse told us too many people couldn't find the remote probably tossed them out on the trash so they now out it on the pull start rope. Your welcome we suggest Westinghouse add a note to say where the remote is stored. Other than that so far this unit has operated fantastic. We have started on both propane and gas starts right up. Didn't even have to program the remote it worked first try. We still haven't put a load on it yet.

I purchased this generator in the event I loose power. I took in consideration that it had both electric/pull start capabilities. Also it had a 50 amp outlet. The generator started its first time right out of the box. I tested the generator loaded with an air compressor ,wall mounted AC, hot water heater and lights. The generator took care of the loads with no problems.

I experienced very quick delivery and received my WGen9500 in excellent condition. Good instruction manual enabled easy set up. Electric start with the remote start key fob is a welcome feature. My generator started immediately and runs strong. As I'm keeping this on hand for emergency backup power, when shutting down I will use the fuel shutoff to drain the carburetor. After a considerable amount of shopping and comparing options, I am very pleased with this Westinghouse generator.

I have been trying to get this generator for about a year. Its always sold out everywhere because its so awesome! I finally had a chance to get it even with 3 weeks out shipping but i couldnt pass it up! So worth the wait! Started right up and having the key fob is perfect so my children can start the generator before school when I'm not around, without even having to go outside. I love this generator, such a good value and no other brand has the numbers of reviews and POSITIVE 4.5+ stars. So glad I finally got this, now I'm not nervous about the next power outage, I'm more then ready!

I bought this generator three weeks ago. Am in process of doing the break in process, very satisfied with generators start up and out put. Push button auto start very nice, push once and within 3 or 5 seconds motor turning over to start. Mid 30s temperature have not had to use choke to start.

I had this delivered to my home and it was easy to set up and get going. Everything was explained in the quick guide. It even included oil and a fuel funnel! (But no fuel, obviously.) Within an hour we had it in place, running, and powering the house.
