Received the generator yesterday. Unboxed and found all of the parts and pieces were there. Clear instructions made the wheel and post installation easy. Oil and a small, custom funnel made filling clean and fast. The unit started on the first try. Tried starting with both button and remote. No problems. Have not yet tried the pull start. Wiring into the house still to come.

Our area had a tornado 3 weeks ago and we were without any power for 3 days. I told myself at that time, this will not happen again. As soon as power was restored I got my laptop out and ordered this machine. Not really wanting to use it but will be happy to if need arises.

The generator came in yesterday and took me about an hour to get it up and running. I have a 6000sqft house and everything runs off of it except for one of the AC compressors. I'll need to alternate between my AC compressors. This thing is AWESOME!

I bought the WGen9500 for my home, this is an excellent generator. The setup process & instructions were clear, easy and straight forward. It easily powers my whole house during a power outage. I love the remote start feature, it makes it super easy to run.

I bought this 2 weeks ago and added oil, it started up first try. Used the remote feature and it worked as expected. Have not used it yet for house back up or to run tools but I'm certain it will work the way its supposed too. Checked out and have owned several generators in the past as my business requires plenty of generator use, hoping this toes the line.

I purchased this generator to run my home in the event of a power outage in Illinois. This has already come to serve us in a 3-day power outage from straight-line wind storm. The generator ran practically my whole home. I was able to run my furnace, refrigerator, garage, stove & bedrooms. I run gas stove, water heater, LED lights, etc so it did take up too much wattage. I shut it off at the broker when we are running on the generator & individually run items. I am very happy with this generator so far!

We purchased this generator when our power went out in the recent power failures in Texas. Our power was out for 25 hours and the temps. where in the single digits. I connected our furnace and several lights as well as running an extension cord to my neighbor so he could run his furnace as well. It handled everything with no problems! It had power to spare. So far we are very pleased with our purchase. The WGen9500c has the power we need to support our home. Setup was easy, the operating process is easy to follow, the price was great and the design looks great. We live in Florida and having a reliable generator during hurricane season is very much needed

We've lost power multiple times in our neighborhood in last year due to old electrical infrastructure. I called an electrician to install an outdoor outlet for a generator and he recomemded this unit. We bought it and could not be happier! Its versatile, easy to setup and simply gets the job done!
