I bought this over two years ago, it still starts with the remote fob, runs great, sooo glad I got this model, runs everything in my house, except 220 elec. stove and dryer, my wood stove fills in, no more loosing a freezer full of food. special thanks to Jenni, truly an extra mile gal. love the cover and all L

From unboxing, assembly to short time usage I am quite pleased with this product. The packaging was robust enough to protect the generator during shipment. Assembly was straight forward, from installing the front feet to the rear wheels. Added gas and oil and it was off and running.

I just bought this generator to power my whole home in case of an outage. We just had an outage last month lasting over three days. Hopefully the next time we will now be prepared with this generator.I have not used it yet, but now have peace of mind. Set up was very easy and it fired right up with the remote start.

I bought this generator to help power my entire home whenever we lose power. It has enough power to run the entire house (minus the heat pumps). This generator looks fantastic right out of the box and you can tell it was constructed with care and quality checked at multiple points. After following the instructions to get it oiled and fueled up, it remote started on the first try without issue. I have run it for a few hours powering different equipment without issue. It stops and starts effortlessly. I have extremely satisfied with my purchase and know that I will be ready for the next power outage!

I just bought this W Gen 9500 generator & I'm very impressed with how easy it was to assemble & it including all the accessories/ tools you need to maintain it. After completing a simple set up, the generator started right up with no hesitation even w/ the remote start. Thank you Westinghouse for making this generator package.

I bought this a month ago. Used it once when we experienced the power outage. It is powerful enough for my needs. I like the indicator showing Voltage, Frequency and Time used. Looking forward to get warning about needed preventive maintenance at preset hours, seems to be very clever cost/damage saving feature. I also like automatic choke very much, as it was always dicey to explain to my wife how to operate the old generator with manual choke. Not sure what the gas consumption would be with light load vs. full load, there is no description of this in manual (my old Generac was able to switch to low output). It does not have any oil filter, which I think is a serious omission for such large 13.5HP engine, it would certainly prolong engine life. I wish it had come with the advertised remote control. Needless to say that Westinghouse promised to send me one, since it was missing in original shipment.

Bought this for hurricane season. My mother requires supplemental oxygen. Since we experience power outages, this generator will not only supply power for her oxygen but it will also keep an AC unit running.The remote starter was another great feature. Perfect for our needs.

Just received this generator. Unloaded it, followed the set up instructions and it fired right up!! I used all three methods; pull start, electric start and remote start, no issues. Holds voltage as advertised. I don’t want to lose power to my home but am ready when it happens!!

I just set up the generator as per instructions and found that the battery was not charged so I decided to give it a pull and was pleased that it started right up. I am running it now to charge the battery and plan to run it each month so when I need it, it will be ready to go. So far, VERY PLEASED.

I put a couple gallons of ethanol free gas in it and It ran great the first day I got it. I let it sit 6 months then recharged the battery and tried to start it. It turns over and I determined fuel was getting into carb but not into the combustion chamber and the spark plug has spark. All wires are securely attached. Now what??
