Unit arrived as scheduled and delivered into garage. Unpacking and set up was very easy and straight forward. Generator is in perfect condition. Comes with accessories including a battery trickle charger, spark plug socket, 1 can of oil, oil funnel, etc. After set up (don't forget to add the oil), put in some gas and it fired on the first try without any hesitation. Control panel very well laid out and clear. Features include USB slots all the way up to a 50 amp outlet. Unit was less noisy than I expected, a pleasant surprise. Remote start...NICE! We purchased this as a whole house back up through a manual transfer switch. While we haven't had the chance to use it yet, the generator seems solid, rugged and well built. Our decision to buy this particular unit was based on power, features and price in that order.

Set up was very easy. With installing wheels and feet, adding oil and checking things over, took about 15 minutes. Started up on the second pull and ran smoothly. Everything worked as expected with no issues. Hurricane season is happening now. I hope I don't need to use it, but glad I have it in case I do. Can't comment on long term use, but I don't expect any issues.

I just bought this generator for my barn. I am very impressed with the solid construction and all the features. Easy to assemble wheels and clear instructions for initial set up - they even provided the engine oil needed. Remote works well and I didn't expect the automatic choke, which was a pleasant surprise. It is louder than I would have wanted, but for my use, I still rated it a five star.

This is my second WGen9500c. So basing my review on my first one. I kept it plugged in and it was always there when I needed it. I can’t fight with a pull cord and the push button and remote are fantastic! Make sure to use fuel stabilizer in your gas if you’re not using it often. I use mine if the power goes out or if we need to use some power tools outside. My first one, still trucking at another residence.

Good features. What's not to like - four 120v (20 amp) outlets, one 120/240v (30 amp) outlet, and the best feature is one 240v (50 amp) outlet. I am going to be ready the next time my power goes out. with a push button and remote start key fob my wife can even start it.

We haven't used it yet, but bought it for some specific features and found others. We bought it for the 50A receptacle (for our campground trailer when the park power goes out). It also has the 30A twist lock receptacle, four 20A GFI outlets and two USB 5V 2.1A ports. Remote start as well. Hopefully optimistic!

great big power with tolerable noise,you get what you pay for easy to move around. I live in Texas where it can get really hot or ice storm that can leave us with no power, so this can power my a/c and kitchen appliance with every light i nee,amazing peace of mind to have.

We purchased this generator a couple weeks ago when we had our electrical updated at our home and added a pig tail connector for easy use during our frequent hurricanes. Timing was everything and we just experienced Francine and were able to use our new, right on time, generator. The size is fantastic and we were waiting in comfort for our services to be restored. The ease of use was a pleasant surprise and we are thankful for our good decision to purchase!!

Just picked up the WGen9500c. Has a lot of nice features and was easy to set up. Shipping box was in terrible condition but generator appeared ok with only a couple of small bumps. Only issue is gas gauge does not appear to function I am hoping Westinghouse resolves what should be a minor issue quickly.

So far it’s sucks. The push button start won’t start it and the pull start doesn’t start it. It just just keeps cycling when I hit the push button and the pull start hasn’t work yet. Also it’s brand new there’s nothing reason why it shouldn’t start. I shouldn’t have to adjust anything for it to start right out of the box.
