My family is amazed with the power that the WGen9500 generates. We had an electrical company come out and install an emergency backup electrical outlet panel. By connecting the WGen9500 to the backup panel in times of need we will be cool in the summer, warm in the winter plus have 6 other circuits covered, which basically encompasses our entire house. I purchased this generator WGen9500 to power my house during blackouts and hurricanes, by connecting through a power switch into my main circuit breaker. We ordered it on 1-9-23 and received it on 1-12-23. We picked it up today and found the assembly quite easy. Just take it out of the box, add the wheels, oil and gas. It fired right up, ran beautifully and we could carry on a conversation standing right next to it while running. Love the remote start feature! I would definitely recommend this generator!

Getting the generator out of the box was super easy. The instructions were easy to follow. Directions for maintenance are thorough, and everything is easily accessible. Lots of great features. I was very exited about the tires that can't go flat. running the generator charges the battery for remote and push button start. There is also the option of a plug in charger.

Absolutely love this thing! It looks great, easy to set up even though the instructions are out of date, and can power 6 breakers in my home just fine. I cant believe these generators have a remote start Fob! Westinghouse best in the business doing it right! Worth every penny spent!

looks like a solid built generator, heavy, which is good, easy to operate, manual easy to follow, runs steady not rough, not loud, minimal vibration, have not plugged into fridge, fans or anything in house, only circular saws-15amp worm drive, did run items like hairdryer, toaster etc., will probably install transfer switch and interlock at a later date, looking forward to making most of it's power output, am very satisfied with unit, after hurricane IDA came thru I new it was time to buy one.

We live in south Texas and was without power for several days. This is a definite need for anyone no matter where you live. You must expect the unexpected and this product will be here for use when the unexpected happens. So happy I decided to make the investment for my family. This is a great generator, it came packaged well and the shipping was super quick. Runs like a dream.

Love how solid this unit is built. Great layout and runs great. However, as a portable, and possibly used in some exposed conditions, I am a bit concerned about the thin wires loosely exposed and dangling from under the control panel. Maybe reroute or protect wires? Super easy to get running and supplied oil was bonus, but did need to top it up.

I got this for storms and stuff like that. Haven't actually had a chance to use it but I've turned it on and let it run for awhile and plugged stuff up to it. Works as expected and look forward to using it not just for home but for outings as well.

I just bought this after last winter we lost power for 5 days around Christmas time. I have a small camping generator. That only lasted 2 days and we live in the North East. This was easy to assemble and get up and running. Love the push start and remote start. More than enough watts to run everything I need in the house. Great price and fast shipping.

I purchased this machine a month ago to power my welders and plasma cutter. I started on a fence project the day I received it and noticed right off that bat that it does not skip a beat nor does it have any issues that other generators had.
