Bought this to use as power source on our new property until we get electricity. It works great, I use it on propane as its cleaner and love that you can use different fuels. Push button start is a great feature too. Been running tools and welders off of it and it has all the power I need. Once we build our house, will use it as a backup house generator. Great buy.

I ordered this generator before realizing that it was listed as one of the top generators of 2020. Bonus point to ordering! Initial setup including wheels and oil was a breeze. While not listed in the manual, I ran the generator for an hour and changed the oil, as a break-in procedure. I'm a little disappointed that there is no auto-idle. But to be honest, it's likely going to be running at full throttle anyway. While the box it came in was a little rough, there was enough packaging to protect the unit. With that said, there were several chips in the paint and other imperfections. Additionally the battery was connected from the factory and was leaking/corroded around the negative battery terminal. Nothing that is a deal breaker, just disappointing. All-in-all I'm confident in my purchase and would recommend the generator to others that are looking for a backup generator for their house or RV.

Easy setup. Added oil and fuel and it started right up. Remote start works great. The battery maintainer is very useful since it may sit for weeks unused. Bought this generator to run the whole house during frequent power outages. And it does no problem.

I bought this 2 weeks ago and added oil, it started up first try. Used the remote feature and it worked as expected. Have not used it yet for house back up or to run tools but I'm certain it will work the way its supposed too. Checked out and have owned several generators in the past as my business requires plenty of generator use, hoping this toes the line.

I bought this generator for backup power when the local power grid goes down, which it frequently does during bad weather. So glad I did! It basically powers our whole house! Everything from the well pump to the fridge, even the hot water heater! I love the 6.6 gallon tank, it means I can fill it before bed and sleep knowing it will still be running in the morning. The remote start is also nice in cold weather, I can start it from the window and it will be already warmed up and ready by the time I go out to hook it up. I would definitely recommend this generator.

I purchased this generator to run my home in the event of a power outage in Illinois. This has already come to serve us in a 3-day power outage from straight-line wind storm. The generator ran practically my whole home. I was able to run my furnace, refrigerator, garage, stove & bedrooms. I run gas stove, water heater, LED lights, etc so it did take up too much wattage. I shut it off at the broker when we are running on the generator & individually run items. I am very happy with this generator so far!

Ordered product and received it well ahead of promised delivery. Was very easy to set up for running. Bought this product for emergencies with power outages. Hopefully I will never need to use it but I feel confident it will meet all my expectations.

I bought the equipment in Junio 2024, in the area we live is an old neighborhood and we lose power often with any storm. We went thru the last Hurricane Helene. Our power generator worked straight for14 hours. We are very satisfied with the performance. I do recommend this product. Thanks

We bought this generator two months ago, and I have finally had time to open the box. Assembly was very simple and straightforward. Directions are clear and even I was able to put the wheels on and program the remote. There were no steps skipped in the directions, and they assumed that you knew nothing, which was perfect for me. After putting oil and gas in the generator, I open the fuel valve, pressed start and Wala! It started on the first push button. I ran it about 10 minutes and put it back in the garage. Actually, I hope I never need to use it because we bought it in case of hurricanes.

Assembly instructions look like someone that does not speak English natively (or well) wrote them (although they are good enough to work with and assembly is minimal). As the title states, the unit arrived with a dead battery. It seems someone at the factory forgot to turn the power off before boxing. Who knows how long it sat in the warehouse before arriving, but connecting the battery charger for an entire day, did nothing to revive it. Hoping Westinghouse will send another battery free of charge. If not, will return it. Other than that, it appears to be well, sturdily constructed. Have not tried to start it yet, pending the battery issue. Disappointed that the unit was constructed outside the U.S.A., hence not recommending others to purchase.
