My first experience with Westinghouse. So far, I am impressed. Easy Set-Up. I followed the easy directions to fill fluids, connect the battery, learn the specs, etc.. The key fob was already factory paired, because the directions to do so seamed a bit confusing at first glance. The choke appears to be automatic, but labored to adjust during initial start. I turned the generator off and restarted, resolving the issue. The key fob starter is awesome; worked perfectly out of the box. One suggestion is to relocate the battery connection as it partially obstructs access to the oil dip-stick port. Overall score out of the box: 10. The true test, of course, will be the next big storm. Stay tuned...

Very well built down to the welds of the frame. They must have been listening to customers reviews because the 50 amp plug is no longer sitting above the wheel. That caused major issues with very thick cables. Tons of features for the money. I almost can't wait for the next hurricane to put this through its paces. Very happy with my purchase and would buy from again.

We bought this Generator because we knew that we didn't have in Electricity in our in South Ga due to Hurricane Helene. My husband read the instructions and was able to operate the Generator. We was coming home from a Cruise to the Bahamas & was told their were no Generators within (120) miles of our City. So we stopped in Gainsville, FL and was able to purchase one. IT WAS A GODSENT! It made life a lot easier when we got home. We were able to connect our Frig, Standup Freezer, several big Fans in the house, the TV, cell phones and chargers. THIS WAS A EXCELLENT GENERATOR AND I RECOMMEND IT!

Purchased and assembled but not used yet. This generator is very solid and easy to set up, except would be much easier for two people vs. one to lift and install the wheels and feet. I did it by myself (I’m 70) and took some creativity. It is impressive and I’ll fire it up when I get the transfer switch installed. No sense letting the gas age.

This is our first generator. It seems to be very well made, sturdy and good quality materials. The instruction manual was clear and easy to follow for our first start up. The electrical work necessary to connect the generator to the house was accomplished in only 2 hours. Our first start up was like magic. Using the remote starter the unit started right up and it was actually quieter than I thought it would be. Although I am not looking forward to having a power outage, living in the northeast we will certain have an opportunity to use it this winter. I feel confident that it will serve us reliably during the long New England winters.

I bought this unit to have when the power goes out . just got in the other week and put it together so far so good . there were no damage to unit and was easy to install the wheels now just waiting to use it . all the reviews were great that is why i bought it will add more info once i use it.

Upon comparing many different generators on the market, this one far exceeds many in technology advancements and affordable pricing. I registered my generator today and provides 3 years warranty that many companies don't offer. First time buyer and I hope to have a pleasant experience and be a customer for many years.

I bought this a couple weeks ago. I took it out of the box and assembled the few things that needed to be put on. It is a very nice generator. It started great. I used the key fob that came with it and it started right up. I'm so glad that after reading the reviews I made this purchase. (WGen9500)

I have only owned this for 2 weeks. I was very amazed at the quality of this machine. Very easy to assemble and set up. Ready to go in 20 minutes. Started right up and ran smooth. Much quieter than expected. The remote start is very cool. It should power my whole house. Can't wait till the next storm.

I bought the WGen9500 12 days ago. Easy to follow startup procedures. Engine started on first pull of the manual start. Battery needed charging, would not start with push button electric start or the fob. Ready for hurricane season, but hope I do not need to use the WGen9500.
