Pretty powerful. Nice product. Easy to do maintenance . Just did 25 hour oil change 5W 30 synthetic oil. Assembly was quick and easy. Generator starts very easy with key fob.Generator has a lot of features, very well designed. Price Varies shop around.6.6 gallon fuel tank last pretty long.Very straight forward maintenance schedule.

Replaced old unit with new generator that has more watts, the unit should have switches for 120v to 240v. Which would make using unit easier. To which you have to rely on the unit to make that choice for you which can be nerve racking at times unless you don't care about the item being powered by the generator.

I bought the WGen 9500c generator. Shipping was fast and convenient. Assembly was easy and the directions were clear and had good pictures. It's a really solid unit with great features for the price. Runs great and is quieter than I expected for a unit of this size Very happy !

purchased for power outages in arkansas. looks good out of the box.trucking company delivered right to our door. the husband unboxed and added the wheels and found his remote(his fave thing about the generator) we havent ran it as were waiting on an electrician to hardwire it in in the next few weeks. we shared the pic and our electrician said his cousin wanted one.

I received the generator quickly and in great shape. All that was required to put together was installing the wheels and front feet. Took about 5 minutes. Added oil and gas and pressed the start button for a second or two and it fired right up! Everything checked out, I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

This generator is built very good. Handle and wheels make for easy moving around. Engine and generator look very well built and it is packaged nicely in the frame. It has handled very well so far. I highly recommend this machine to anyone that looses power often. This thing runs my entire house.

I bought this because I was losing power so often and for more than a day at a time. We lost power the week after we got it and it powered our entire house, WITH AC, for 2 days. Thats Refrigerator, A/c, lights and furnace for hot water. Never bogged down, I just had to fill with gas. Really easy to start, has the push button Fob as well. Really happy!

Never had a generator before. At first I was intimidated by the sophisticated equipment. Found it surprisingly easy to get ready to use. It came basically ready to go out of the box. Started right up. Remote start is nice feature. Was surprised that sound of generator running was much quieter than I expected. Very pleased thus far.

We live in a 2 story 3400 sq ft house and this generator is setup on a line powering our main breaker box. It has enough power to run everything in our house including our AC. Great value. The one star removal is for noise, like most generators this thing is noisy.

As a 78 year old, love the remote start option - main reason for purchase. Also had electrician hook up an outside box to plug into electrical panel, eliminating cords and plug all over house. All just in time for hurricane season and the excellent power of this generator will operate all essential electrical needs.
