Nicely packaged. Had to get the jets straight from Westinghouse for my 6000 foot elevation, as nobody else had them. They were cheap, included several different jets and arrived before the generator. There were no instructions and of course a spring thingy popped out from somewhere. I was able to figure out that it kind of laid in there loosely. It is fairly loud, but I figure the neighbors can plug in if an outage gets long.

I bought this after living in the North East and worrying about losing power. This unit has a remote start which is great when you accidentally overload the unit and it shuts down. You can restart it from inside the house. The push start is very nice and has started each time I have tried. Also comes with a battery charger to keep it charged up during the summer. The battery charges itself when the unit is running.

I bought this generator on 7-30-2023 and it arrived at my home on 8-7-2023. I had not even opened the shipping box before we had a strong storm to knock out our electric !!! We arrived home late ( in the dark-no electricity ) and first thing next morning we unpacked the generator and had power within 30 minutes !!! The unit works great !!!

I bought the WGEN9500 to plug into my transfer box and run my whole house. I bought the unit in an emergency situation and have been unable to test it fully, however the amount of time that we ha e run it and in the limited capacity of use it performed very well.

I live in South Florida and wanted something large enough to power my central AC, fridge etc during hurricane season. Last year I had an electrician install a 50A outlet outside so I could just connect the generator to that one outlet and power the whole house. It was astonishing to me how may generators of this size only offer 30A and not 50A outlets. That is what ultimately led me to this model. I bought it back in Oct, but that was the end of hurricane season, so it sat in my garage unboxed until today because I’ve had so many other pressing home projects. This weekend was project free so figured I better inbox this and make sure it runs. The set up was super easy, tip to it side, connect feet and wheels, add oil (which is provided in the box), add gas, connect battery, turn fuel Valve to on, turn electric on, hit start on the remote (a generator with a remote start is so cool, so had to use the remote). Hit the start button on the remote and it cranked twice but didn’t start (of course this is expected due to the fact that the carburetor was bone dry). Cool thing is, it re-tried starting again without me hitting the button and stated right up, ran like a champ for 20 min with no issues. It comes with a battery charger that plugs right into the panel, has a fuel gauge and electric meter that monitors voltage, run time, etc. I love everything about this generator, easy to assemble and use, 12,500W peak and 9500W continuous power and a 50A connection, have no doubt that this will power all the household essentials when that big storm hits

I bought this generator 2 weeks ago, very nice unit. I have experienced power outages from hurricanes before but this year was the first power loss from a winter storm. Almost froze. Not gonna happen again with this generator. Also have bought a portable a/c and heater combo unit so it will run off the generator and not have to depend on the central unit.

Don't lose power much anymore, but in today's social and weather climate, we feel like we should be prepared. Just took this out of the box and assembled. Maybe I will put a little gas in and run it for a bit on the weekend. Liked the reviews, just pray I don't need it.

Instructions and setup are easy and ready to run in 20 minutes. The battery came charged. And all the tools needed, including oil was included. I do note the gas gauge seems to show only 1/2 tank with 6 gallons added. I may need to check with help if gauge is faulty.

The WGen9500c's features are what you expect in a luxury car! The "push to start" - the "auto start on the remote" and the "auto-start" on the generator are very convenient! The WGen9500c surely qualifies as a "Smart Generator!" It runs smoothly and provides plenty of power for all my needs. Great Product!!!.

I bought this to replace an old 5500 generator not a Westinghouse as I wanted a larger one to power my house during the hurricanes here in Florida. Ordered it and received it in two days right on time. What needed to be put together took 15 minutes. Added oil that was supplied and put gas in it and it started up the first time. I got this particular one as it has electric start either with the push button on the generator or the supplied fob. Quieter than I expected. I did this particularly so my wife can start it. I would order another in a heartbeat.
