Once I got this generator setup which only took 30 minutes. I handed the wireless key bob to her and with a push of the button, it is up and running. If I am not around she is now comfortable in starting it on her own. Both she and I are now ready for any power outages which may occur. Thanks Westinghouse

We bought this generator over a month ago and I'm so happy I did! I love the features on it such as the push button start fob and everything it came with initially like the battery charger, oil funnel, and oil. The push button fob will come in handy when it's storming. For the price, it can't be beat for this size and features. We haven't had a chance to use it yet but it looks well made and we know it will greatly be appreciated when needed. I have friends who have the same model and they love it! Very happy with this purchase and I know I will have all the support I would ever need with the customer service representatives from this company.

We purchased this for our new home, in case of emergencies, i'm so glad that we did, its simple to use, I was worried it would be a complicated process and i would be unable to use it if my husband was not at home, but even I can do it. Great product.

Put fuel & oil in - push button start fired on 2nd try. Battery was fully charged "WOW". Got me through the recent blizzard in Oklahoma. Ran Central heat, 2 frigs, TV, fans and lights. Got 12 hours out of a tank of fuel. Pretty quiet for such a large generator. Didn't fail me - great generator for the price.

I bought this generator through amazon Oct, of 2020. Was only used when power to our house would go out, so I have less than 20 hours on it. Generator started running bad found the inside carb stud was broken in half with the threaded part still in the head. Called Westinghouseabout the 3 year warranty wont cover the work. My opinion bad workmanship por quality of parts.

I’m very please with this generator. Although I’ve never had to use it, I do start it monthly and run it for 20 minutes or so. It’s never let me down. It’s always started and run perfectly. I hope I never have to really use it in an emergency situation but I have no doubt it will preform perfectly. It’s vey heavy and extremely well built. It’ll last me a lifetime.

Works great as a generator, some of the part locations are strange. But generator starts up easily and wheels and handle help with the weight. Had a frame issue out of box where wheel isnt flush but tilted and therefore rubs against the battery. Dont think I can hammer it out, will see if a longer pin and spacers make it work. Will see how Westinghouse handles this.

Bought this generator to power my entire house, including the AC, when we lose power. Which happens more than I’d like to say. Works great and also the added bonus of battery start and remote start, aids in starting and shutting down from inside the house. Highly recommended

I just finally got this all set up and running after a week and love it. I love the push button start and the remote start option. So easy. It was very easy to set up and get started. Took a couple try’s to turn over but that’s normal. This thing is powerful enough to run my whole house. I tested it. I’m talking all my plugs, lights, fans, and appliances. Water heater, boiler, ac, water softener, and well pump. With room for more

Bought this generator based on a friend's recommendation and am glad I did. The generator is so easy to start runs fairly quiet and has plenty of power for my needs during outages. The wheels were so easy to install, and it makes moving the unit around effortless.
