I used as much of the salmon filet as I could for a sashimi and rice dinner. I then cooked the leftovers to save and eat over the next few days. I prepared the salmon two ways: one portion broiled with unagi (eel) sauce, and the other baked with liquid smoke, brown sugar, and sea salt. All ways were delicious and I would definitely purchase again.

This is the SECOND time I have come across bad fish. This item was broght and refrigerated for future use. When Thawed and ready to cook...OMG!!! the fish smelt BAD. Thinking odour may go away if cooked - nope.. Taste and smell of fully cooked fish is like "fecal" matter (sorry to be so direct). It appears that this farmed fish is fed FECAL MATTER...

I haven't actually cooked it yet, but it looks delicious and I love that it is skinless. I am looking forward to preparing it for my company. I would like a suggested time and temperature for how to prepare the salmon. I tend to always overcook mine.

The ABF Skinless Salmon is always very fresh and probably the best salmon I've ever gotten from a non-seafood store and it beats some of them also. This is the item that really gets me to drive the extra miles to the Cocoa Sam's and then, of course, I pick up a bunch of other really great items.

I've purchased this fish quite a few times already and when defrosted and ready to be seasoned, it had a terrible odor. I asked those around me to smell it and their reaction was just as mine. Just walking towards it was awful. I dont understand what what happened. Was it not kept well refrigerated? was it sitting directly under the sun at some point? It was awful. If I had the receipt I'd go back and get a refund. I was so tempted to take it back raw but was afraid of the stench being left behind in my car.I would think Sam's would pride itself in keeping their customers satisfied and care of the produce that's been offered. Please get it together.

This is our family‘s favorite meal. My husband cooks it on his griddle grill which is kind of like a hibachi grill. We’ve had friends over for this meal and now it's their favorite too. The salmon is perfect for this. We slice up zucchini mushrooms and onions tossed with fresh grated ginger and minced garlic. He cooks that on the grill. Then he throws the salmon on and seers the outside. We have it All over a small bed of jasmine rice. It’s absolutely delicious. We try to get this every week or every other week. Definitely recommend!

I think it’s a fair price. I would rather have wild caught than farm raised as it is not supposed to be as healthy.

It was spoiled, against my better judgment I gave this farm raised salmon a try never again the smell was like a dead rodent. DON'T BUY

Sams Club is the only place I purchase my fresh salmon. It is always excellent in taste and texture and never smells fishy.

We love it! The taste is good. We season with lemon pepper and have some veggies in the side. It’s great!
