I'm very pleased with the salmon. I cut it up into about 6 pieces, wrapped individually and froze them. They're easy to defrost & cook in the air fryer. Just add a little seasoning and enjoy.

The salmon filet is too fresh, I made homemade sashimi. Great taste and it melts on your tongue. I’d say, it meets the sashimi grades.

This pack was the perfect size for a special birthday dinner celebration for our family. It was a high quality cut and excellent value for the price. The bulk pack was priced very well for the amount especially compared to other stores

This salmon is great! I make if for myself and have it for several days, sometimes I cook it and then freeze it to have later. I have found very few bones in it for all the times I have purchased it. I highly recommend. I've attached pictures of it after it is cooked, and then putting it on my salad. Very yummy!

The Sam's skinned salmon fillets are always well packaged and cleanly prepared. We cut the fillet into 5-8 oz pieces and repackage them for meals. Broiled salmon filets with spicy and sweetened seasonings make a terrific, restaurant quality meal at home!

Great value! My family loves this salmon. Repeat purchaser. This size allows me to cut it into the size I want and makes several meals for the week. Spoiler alert* even though the expiration date may be several days out from when you purchase this. I’ve found it best to cook or freeze the salmon within a day or so of purchasing this item. Anything longer and by the time I open, the package it's always bad. I’ve purchased other fish from Sam’s and I don’t have the same problem.

Hare that you include the really thin part of the side of the fish and roll it under the slab to hide it. It is useless when grilling the salmon because it burns up

I purchased two packs of Salmon Fillets over two weeks and both packs were spoiled. Matter of fact, the first pack, I cut up and cooked two slices, froze the other salmon fillets for 2 days. After defrosting, the salmon was rotten and the smell was awful. The second pack was already spoiled, once I opened the pack. Had to throw the pack away. I did not return either pack, due to opening them.
