We like fish in our house and by buying salmon we can divide it into meals for us to freeze and use later or if we are entertaining use it all at once.

This salmon is great! I make if for myself and have it for several days, sometimes I cook it and then freeze it to have later. I have found very few bones in it for all the times I have purchased it. I highly recommend. I've attached pictures of it after it is cooked, and then putting it on my salad. Very yummy!

The Salmon is not as good as it used to be. The last several times I have bought this it has the ugly black streak in the middle and if I do not remove it prior to vacuum sealing, it just makes the salmon have a poor-quality taste. This dirt mark as I call it is on the back of the filet, so you naturally do not see it when purchasing. This is too much money per pound for this to be continuously happening.

Hare that you include the really thin part of the side of the fish and roll it under the slab to hide it. It is useless when grilling the salmon because it burns up

I picked up salmon and the texture when unwrapped on the bottom was not good. The salmon was slimy and had a mushy texture.
