This is a good amount for at least 5 people.

Very little gray matter. Taste great. We but it weekly.

It smelled very bad. The expiration date was still good but once I opened the package, the salmon smelled like it was out the fridge for a long time and got bad.

OMG I love salmon sashimi it’s my favorite meal.! I always just want the raw salmon without the rice. Samuel thanks to you I have a new favorite obsession. I can literally have like around 3lbs of beautiful protein without spending tons of money at a sushi restaurant. I eat it raw out of the package since it’s sashimi grade. I am now living the life of luxury on a budget.

Bought this salmon from Sam’s club put it in my car and while I was driving home notice a bad odor coming from the back of my car. Like the other reviews, the fish I had just purchased was bad. Sam’s club is lacking with there seafood department. Their king crab legs are also brown and nasty!

This is an excellent product at a very good price compared to other local sellers of comparable quality salmon. I use this to make my own lox and it turns out excellent. Note, this salmon is raised in Norway, not in Argentina which I view as a big plus due to periodic issues with Argentina raised salmon.

My mom picked this up for me the other day. We put it directly in the fridge. We took it out and unsealed it the next day. I was slapped in the face by the smell of bad fish. This never happened with the salmon they used to carry, but it seems to be a repetitive issue with this one. My mom said the one she got for herself had the same issue.

I made this Salmon for Mother's Day Dinner for my Godess. I picked it up the Salmon on Friday May 7th for the Sunday Dinner and it had a use by date of the 12th which was great. Much better than the last time when I picked up Salmon and it had a use by date the next day. Master loved it.
