Something is definitely wrong with this “Salmon”. It’s has a weird texture and taste. It’s an oily, glued stuff. Don’t buy it.

I love this skinless salmon. I portion up the filet and freeze. I usually get 6 dinners for 2 of us. We eat this at least once a week.

It's ok but noticed a lot of oil left on my silicon mat after cooking in the oven to my desired temp of 120.

Great quality for an outstanding price! We buy salmon from Sam’s roughly twice a month and we’ve never received anything but the best quality.
