I buy it often. Quality is average. Sometimes it is very good, sometimes too soft (even when due date is a week away...) . - I wonder if it means too much chemicals? Not very fresh? I'm not sure. More info re. where/how it is produced/processed would be helpful.

The sushi-grade salmon is not as fresh as I expected. I picked up a package from Plano club at Coit. The fluid in the package is not appealing. I believe you can improve the package to make it true sushi-grade. Look forward to eating it raw out of a improved package.

It looked nice, but I opened as soon as I got home and it smelled fishy. This was my experience when I purchased it once in the past. There is no way I would eat it raw, but it seems like it should be safer to cook at least. I guess I would like to know what Member's Mark means by "Sashimi grade"

As soon as I tore the plastic away from the packaging, I instantly was concerned this fillet had gone bad by its strong, fishy smell. I bought it on March 26th and opened it the next day. It has a use by date of April 1st. I buy salmon regularly from the grocery and know that smell was not normal and very unpleasant. I had to throw it away so basically $18 went into the trash.

I bought this 2.36 lb. package on Saturday morning and just finished it tonight Sunday. I served it raw for all three meals; dipping sauces and side dishes. As with other reviews, this flesh was clean tasting and tender. I usually treat myself to wild caught sockeye salmon once a weekend, on the weekend. This was special and I will buy again.

this is the best salmon as it has the skin removed. just all good eating!!!

I was buying several of these a month. I will be seeking to procure my fish elsewhere now.

Always fresh tasting these past months. Buy at least one pack a week.
