Salmon w/o skin

Great salmon for poke or sashimi just disappointed that it’s gone up so much in price especially after they removed the “sashimi grade” off the labels

Your new salmon supplier sucks!

I have been a Sam’s club member for many years, buying salmon once a week. Can’t say that this days with the new supplier. I don’t what they add but the smell is very unpleasant. Please change your supplier.

It’s all about the Salmon

We cooked this on the black stone with some Dizzy Pig Raging River seasoning and a little Heath Riles Garlic Jalapeño Rub and OMG amazing….#you wouldn’t like it 👍

Bad Fish!

Salmon had a bad odor upon opening. After cooking, fish tasted old and like it’s gone bad even though date on package is still a week away. Will not buy again. Wasted $37. Will not purchase again.

Moist and flaky

We alternate between Sockeye and this salmon on a weekly basis. Beside the health benefits, this salmon is very moist and flaky if cooked until internal temperature reaches 145F which takes about 25 min at 350F.

not a fan of the new cut or packaging

Why did they decide to cut the salmon? Instead of one whole piece, it’s a selection of mostly tails in 2 separate packages. If this was the NFL and I was a ref? I’m throwing a flag on this play.

Not the quality it used to be

Quality has gone down hill. Very thin filets. If Sam's Club can not purchase better quality than don't. When it was sold as one big piece the salmon was a nice thickness and worth the price. Will not be purchasing again.

Deeeelicious! Thanks.

Brought a two pound filet home, today, grilled it on an alder plank with a very slight spray of lime juice and barely a dusting of spices. Wow, was it good. Thanks.

Bones galore

This was always my favorite at Sam’s, but the last few times I have bought it it’s been filled with bones! To spend $30 on a piece of salmon to have to pick out the bones is a bit rediculous!
