We alternate between Sockeye and this salmon on a weekly basis. Beside the health benefits, this salmon is very moist and flaky if cooked until internal temperature reaches 145F which takes about 25 min at 350F.

This is absolutely the best salmon I can buy. It's half of a whole fish, but with no skin, no bones, no tail, no head, and no fins. It is truly ready to cook. And it is always delicious. I buy it as often as once a month, and never regret the purchase. Healthy and yummy - can't go wrong.

Bought this product using club pick up and the fish smelled like it has sat out in the heat. Horrible smell even after cooking we could tell the fish had gone bad. We had to throw away the whole thing. When we have bought in store before it was great but will not buy using store pick up anymore.

She is always asking for it. She is very tiny for her age and doesn't eat meat. But she loves this fish! I soak it i. Cold water. Pat dry, cut in 3 pieces and place on foil. Add lots of lemon pepper on both sides. Add a few small irces of butter on front and back. Squeeze a lemon on both sides....close the foil. Criss cross one the other day til tight and grill!

I love the skinless salmon. I cut it into serving size portions and grab them out as needed, to pair with a salad for my work lunch. It only takes a few mins to bake or saute a portion size so I'm more likely to bring my own lunch, rather than getting takeout when I have this available. Perfect, quick, easy and healthy lunch.

I used to eat Salmon at least twice a week until Sam’s let it go out of stock at the north side store. It seems hard to keep it in stock there for some reason now. Southside store had it but that’s a drive. As for taste, I really enjoy it. Buying the whole fillets gives me the opportunity to cut bigger portions than grocery stores have. I could easily eat 2 of those inch wide slices they’re selling! I’m only giving 4 star rather than 5 for availability.

Fillet was 3#. We split 8 oz for a supper, so this fillet gave us 6 healthy meals. Froze the meal portions with a vacuum sealer. A great value for the price. We like it seasoned with lemon, salt, tarragon and olive oil, microwaved for 4.5 minutes. Comes out great every time!

This antibiotic free salmon is always tasty and fresh. I buy this one specifically, rather than other types. Always good. Easy to cook. I love that it comes in a whole piece that I can cut into portions rather than someone else cutting it. Sometimes I cook the whole amount and freeze the majority after we eat, but, most often, I cut it into portions, season, and wrap the correct amount in foil ready to go on the grill or in the oven. It freezes beautifully and when I want to use it I defrost the foil packet in the frig, and just put it on the grill or in the oven. Easy dinner that night!

This is the best skinless salmon I've ever had! I'm spoiled for life!! It's so fresh and tasty; I don't need a lot of fancy spices-and I enjoy spicy food-it's just the right texture and flakiness, never wet or has an aftertaste. I'll be purchasing this again!! I highly recommend this product for anyone, but salmon lovers in particular

I needed a lot of salmon for a dinner party. I purchased it the same day I was going to use it, so it would be fresh. I was able to get 8 portions out of the salmon, but after cooking it has a strong fishy taste to it. Usually salmon is pretty mild, but this was a little strong.
