My only complaint is that they don't stay in the ear very well. Yes, I do have the right sized ear pieces attached - at least the ones that fit me the best. And still, they don't stay in reliably.

The sound quality is really great and I love how you can customize them to your preferred needs. My favorite feature is the noise canceling and ambient sound. With the noise canceling feature I can cancel out the noise and focus better at what I'm doing without distractions. The ambient sound is amazing as well because if I want to still listen to music this feature will pump the sound into my earphone so I can hear anything. I highly recommend these earbuds to anyone.

I'm on client calls, attending trainings or listening to audio books and YouTube to learn new skills. They have worked well beyond my expectations. The sound and phone audio were my must haves. Fantastic. They charge quickly, especially with the excellent charging case and the last nearly all day on the first charge. The rubberized case has come off from being in a pocket with keys every single day for a year or more. And I do wish there was a tiny bit more hold in ear... But I general get by everyday activities with no problems. But these are extremely minor details. Absolute home run. Stellar experience.

The sound is clear, and overall very good. The customizable app makes it even better because it has some pretty specific things you can set to your liking which as someone who likes flexibility, is amazing. The case itself is pretty good quality, and has a nice design, as do the buds themselves. The buds are comfortable in the ear, and stay in for a good while, and that also depends on ear size of course. The battery life is excellent, lasts a long time on a charge and they charge fast in the case. Now, I have had like one issue that I should include of course. For me personally, they cut out here and there while using them, but I am using a Samsung Galaxy S20 ultra, so it could just be they don't work well together I'm not sure. It has been like this for about a month, which has been pretty disappointing, I have owned them for about 6 months or more. And I can't resolve the issue. But other than this, they have been pretty good and I'd give them and easy 8-10.
